Very disappointing experience. I gave them a simple alteration that should have taken about 10 minutes. They promised a date, but when I returned, it wasn’t done and there was no explanation. Even after giving them extra time, they still hadn’t started the work. I decided to take my item back unfinished, and only then did they quickly start working on it in front of me so I wouldn’t leave. It felt very unprofessional. The final result was also very poorly done. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need your clothes ready on time or expect quality work
