I recently stitched two pants from Punjab Tailors (cloth I have purchased from Raymond’s) & a week after I went for some stitching services, I was extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service and customer experience. When i raised concerns about the stitching quality, they dismissed my concerns and refused to fix the issues. Even though the head tailor acknowledged the problem, they claimed they didn't have the same cloth to repair it. On the other hand, a local tailor had fixed the same issues for only 20 rupees without any extra cloth.
This lack commitment to customer satisfaction was very disappointing. I hope this feedback helps Punjab Tailors understand the need for improvement and prioritize customer experience in the future.

Poor attitude of the main tailor and always late. Been there 2 times and they were late with the delivery and shirt was very tight which is the basic tailor stuff. Not recommended
