A security guard greets you at the entrance and even opens the gate for you, which gives a warm and welcoming start to your shopping experience. The ground floor is beautifully organized, featuring a wide variety of thaan fabrics suitable for bandhgalas, suits, kurtas, and pants. You’ll also find sections for readymade formals and branded casual wear, so whether you’re shopping for daily office wear or something elegant for an event, there’s a decent range to explore. The ground floor also has a clean washroom, which is quite convenient for shoppers spending more time browsing or getting fittings done. Moving to the basement, the ambiance completely changes and gives you a feel of luxury shopping for wedding and engagement attire. The basement houses an impressive selection of readymade suits, kurta-pajamas, sherwanis, achkans, and even kids’ party wear. It’s neatly arranged, and there are a couple of trial rooms, so you can easily try outfits before finalizing your purchase. The section is well-lit and gives a premium vibe, making it ideal for family shopping before big occasions. When it comes to the staff, my experience was mixed. Some of them are very polite, patient, and helpful, and they take the time to assist you properly. However, on one of my visits, I did encounter a staff member who was quite rigid and arrogant, which left a poor impression. With such a well-established store, consistent politeness and customer handling should be a priority for all staff members. One major downside is their stitching charges, which I found overly expensive compared to other stores offering similar quality. The pricing doesn’t seem justified, especially considering the overall cost of purchasing premium fabrics. Another point of concern is that they don’t offer any discounts, regardless of how much you spend. For regular or bulk buyers, that can feel disappointing. The cashier experience was the most underwhelming part of my visits. The person at the counter seemed uninterested and didn’t even make an effort to smile or greet properly. When I asked about the discount policy, he gave vague answers and behaved quite unprofessionally, which made me feel unwelcome as a customer. For a reputed store like Sanjay Textiles, that’s definitely something they should improve, customer interaction matters as much as product quality. Overall, Sanjay Textile Store offers a great range of men’s wear and a comfortable shopping environment, with excellent parking and a well-organized layout. However, the service quality, staff consistency, and pricing approach need attention to truly match the premium feel of the store. With a few improvements in customer handling and transparency, it could easily stand out as one of the top men’s wear destinations in Jaipur.

I have been a regular customer and have visited your store many times in the past. During my recent visit, I came to purchase a kurta–pajama set. I liked one of the sets and was about to finalize the purchase. However, due to the extremely poor behavior of one of your staff members, I decided not to proceed. One staff member behaved in a rude and arrogant manner and even falsely claimed that he was the owner of the store. This was surprising and unacceptable, especially since I personally know the actual owner. The way the staff member spoke and behaved was highly unprofessional. I have noticed inappropriate behavior from staff members on earlier visits as well, but this time it crossed all limits. This was the worst experience I have ever had at your store. Such behavior seriously impacts the brand image of your store. Because of this experience, I will not be visiting your store again, and I would also advise others to reconsider visiting unless staff behavior improves significantly.
