I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this store. I had ordered a Kurta, Pajama, and Jacket (Invoice No. HSDS/TONKRD/384, dated 01.10.2025) with a scheduled fitting on 10.10.2025, but I did not receive any call from the store. When we personally visited the store on 11.10.2025, we were informed that the article was not even available. Despite this inconvenience, on 11.10.2025 we placed another order (Invoice No. HSDS/TONKRD/814) in good faith, assuming the experience would improve. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. We have already visited the store 4 times to get our outfits, as we need them urgently for an upcoming event. However, there have been continuous issues — incorrect measurements, lack of coordination, and poor management. One of the articles was handed to us only after repeatedly following up and raising concerns, and even then, the first order placed on 01.10.2025 was still incorrect. We again requested corrections and were assured over phone that the outfit was ready for trial and delivery. We traveled 14–16 km, leaving our ongoing function, just to ensure timely delivery. But upon arrival, we found that the item had not been worked on at all, and we were asked to wait again. After the trial, the same fitting issues persisted. To make things worse, comments were made suggesting that because of body measurements we should avoid ready-made clothing — which is completely unprofessional. If the product wasn’t suitable, why wasn’t this communicated before selling it at a premium price? We were also told that delays are due to rush — if that is the case, the store should hire more staff or provide realistic timelines instead of making false commitments. Recommendations: For Sales Team: Please do not sell products merely to meet sales targets or close orders. Understand the customer’s requirements properly and commit only to what can realistically be delivered. For Tailoring Staff: Be transparent during measurements. If alterations are not feasible due to size constraints, clearly inform the customer at the time of purchase. Comments like “the fabric is 46 and your size is 48, how can we fix this after 25 days?” after delays are unreasonable and unacceptable. For Management: Improve internal coordination and hire sufficient staff to meet promised timelines. A 5-floor store holds no value if customers do not wish to return. Poor experience only increases customer acquisition costs in the long run. For Customers: Place an order only if you have more than 2 months in hand and enough time and energy for continuous follow-ups and multiple store visits — and be prepared for disappointment.
