Bad experience! Gave 2 pants for alteration yesterday at 7pm and told me to come today at 11am. But when I went their, they told me their was a power cut so they haven't done the alteration. The power cut was between 9am-11am and I went their to collect at 4pm. The alteration work would hardly take 10min (just had to cut the extra length of the pant and machine stitch it), but they have the audacity to blame it on the power cut.
