My experience was nothing short of perfect. I have been going to only one store in Jaipur for the last 12 years but this was the first time I was trying a boutique. I got a lehenga and a dress made. Both the outfits were flawlessly done. Kavya was so engaged in the whole process, my satisfaction with the results was so important to her which gave me a lot of reassurance.
There were minimum alterations required and I got a lot of compliments for the fits.

I got all the outfits stitched for my friend, and everything fit perfectly. The team did home pickup and took measurements at home, which made the entire process very smooth and hassle-free. I went to this boutique after reading reviews, but my experience was not at all good. I think all the reviews are fake. Because a simple stitching was done very badly. I didn't like the fit. My cloths was not even stitched evenly from the sides. I won't recommend this

They prepared such good quality 3 layered masks in three different sizes for me, my wife and my kids including the yet to come newborn...the stitching and quality of the masks is superb...I think after lockdown we shall be regular customers and soon ordering other things from them. Got stiched 10-15 suits for my sister's marriage.
Few pros:-
1. prompt delivery
2. Reasonable rate for designers blouse and suits
3. Kavya's behaviour is also polite
4. Understanding and cooperative staff (from customers point of view)
Cons:
1. Not as such, some people may find it costly
But as compared to other boutique her rate is quite reasonable.
