0 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Darzi Studio
I recently visited the newly opened Darzi Studio showroom and purchased clothes worth around ₹40,000, trusting their promises of quality and fitting. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Their process is completely unprofessional. They insist on full payment upfront, but when it comes to delivery, the fitting is nowhere close to acceptable. Even after multiple fitting sessions, they failed to provide the desired fit.
What’s worse is that the store manager, Mr. Avinash, personally assured me that the fitting would be corrected. Despite giving them 2–3 proper opportunities and enough time, they were still unable to fix the issues.
Once the payment is made, their attitude completely changes. There is no accountability, no professionalism, and no focus on customer satisfaction. It feels like they are only interested in making the sale, not in delivering what they promise.
Final Verdict:
A complete waste of time and money. If you value proper fitting and professional service, I strongly recommend avoiding Darzi Studio. There are far better options available in the market.

Though the fabric selection and stitching is good, the service is very poor. Our delivery date was 5th April and they didn’t bother to call us for trial. We called them on 7th and they said come on 10th. Despite that the trousers were not ready. Additionally, they do not clean up the article post stitching. There are chalk marks and random threads hanging. Will not recommend.

Wanna tell u that we bought sherwani for wedding and the accessories with that….and really there staff is very knowledgeable and cooperative …and listen to your chice …and finalize the outfit for your best

Worst stitching and no experience to salesman.
They ask you to come again and again. I have tried both tonk road and mi road. Same experience not recommended. Just take ideas from them and get fabric and stitching from somewhere else.

Worst experience ever .
Very disappointed with the service. Staff behavior was unprofessional and rude. On the trial date, my outfit was not even ready, which shows poor planning and no respect for customer time. Would not recommend.

Very poor service. They don't care for delivering your altered clothes on time. My indo western is of no use as they promised to give it on 23 but didnt even delivered by 26 also even after coming to store 10 times. I really wont recommend this place to anyone.

The shop is having all range of dress and are real professional tailors. They completed the professional stichting of kurta pyjama with coat in just 4 hours and handed over to my hotel at night 11pm. Dress was perfect fit as desired. Initially was little apprehensive to place the order but later happy to get it done from them.

Bought 2 piece suit as i needed it in one day(changes were minimal). When I started the trial, the representative told the price 10999 but after final selection, it was billed for 11999. On top of it, when i checked the price tag, it was 13999 for 5 piece suit. Which he was quoting around 16k. Not a good experience and would not recommend the place because of this kind of practice.

The tailoring team is unprofessional. Calls you for trial without having things ready, even after delay in dates. Unless you are planning the attire months in advance it is good to avoid this place.
