Dear Sonal, To bring to your kind & REPEATED notice and for everyone reading this- I am the owner at houseofarmuse and I am personally writing this note because there has been a harassing & mindless ATTACK on me and our work by sonal despite of the two FANTASTIC bridal lehengas delivered to her. It is important to bring out the real facts. On the DATE OF DELIVERY(with no such delay), the SANGEET lehenga was tried & LIKED by sonal AT THE STORE with hardly any alteration & she took it’s DELIVERY the very SAME DAY. Just to prove their satisfaction with our quality, finish & fabric, HER FAMILY ORDERED A NEW SAREE after their lehenga delivery. Will attach the order form of the same for reference. Also note Sonal tried her bridal lehenga blouse same day & again hardly any alterations. The team made sure she’d seen everything FIRST HAND and she had NO ISSUES whatsoever till this time. Now while at delivery of her second lehenga, the team was extremely excited to show Sonal how beautiful it turned out, but she created a huge scene & the whole team was shocked with it. Here’s the real problem- At time of order her family was all gaga about our exclusive designs & the word of mouth which made them come twice to us after checking all designers. Now they really liked this bridal lehenga and wished to increase it’s work but were adamant on NOT INCREASING PRICE & rather interested in reducing price. After a long collaborative discussion & approval, a SKETCH was made in front of them of a custom lehenga with additional 1-2 inch thin LINES going till top. Please note here that these lines were the ONLY thing we were supposed to add in lehenga keeping everything else same. But FORGETFUL Sonal after 50 days didn’t care to see the sketch or any other regards we made to fit in the price. And became unreasonably forceful on asking us to make JAAL work in place of LINES in lehenga and we tried every polite way to explain why it could not be done. Firstly how can we make something that she hasn’t ordered. Secondly at such end moment, It is practically & technically impossible to incorporate handwork on a fully stitched Zardozi lehenga with multiple work forms & also which is made in a structured work format. Adding jaal over the already made lines would mean a lehenga with a MESS. Guess her family made her understand reality of her order & she took delivery but unfortunately her EGO and RAGE didn’t end here as her soul only desired DOUBLE HEAVY than original design.(while not ordering anything even closely because of price constraints) Now we are just deeply saddened how a part of all clear information that she chose to forget in her order, has been aggravated & falsely put by her on our product quality & service. This should also be noted that as an EXCEPTION, we incorporated DOUBLE THE WORK in the border of her bridal dupatta from our end with no extra charge as we desire our brides to only look their best. Also we took cost of making a new customised head dupatta after she didn’t like size of letter written of her wedding date. All of this just to make her happy. But clearly after so much cooperation and giving our polite best, Sonal could not be made happy. And the team then understood that sometimes as much as you do, people will have always have problems because that’s how they see the world around them. Irrespectively, we wish Sonal the best for her wedding where she gets to wear these beautifully handcrafted lehengas and we only hope that someday while looking at her wedding pictures, a LIGHT OF TRUTH guides her and she really stops throwing such unfair remarks & false negativity on hard earned businesses in person & on public platforms because more than us it shows the kind of being you are. Hello Priyanka, We are extremely sorry about your remark after the team clarified so many times about your confusion. The team has been continuously telling to have PROCESSED a new blouse for you (PS- old blouse had very slight variation) the same day you raised the problem of sequin colour. The picture of the NEW RECTIFIED BLOUSE has already been sent out if you see in your chats. Also we are not stupid to have urgently sent you lehenga as is, if you didn’t ask for it YOURSELF(attaching the chat). Based on your chat, we thought you want to check fittings with the outstation bride as she didn’t try it before. Again our intention was to only serve you better but you took it other way. Also Priyanka just because work of blouse wasn’t exact first time does not mean that we don’t know how to treat clients or authorise you for a force refund. I mean can you also see 95% of the lehenga was fully correct? We humbly request LITTLE CONSIDERATION to CORRECT small errors made by real humans working day in & out on hundreds of custom pieces. We know you have high expectations from armuse as being our valued old customer. But right now we can only assure that the new blouse is done to perfection & the bride will definitely like it if you approve to receive it. I request to not make a big deal of a small problem that was already rectified within 5 days. Blame games are only easy. Being kind can alone give you a better perspective and experience in life. Dear Vartika, We decided to write today after letting go of your extremely ungrateful behaviour for so long. It had been super difficult for the team to work with you from the time you entered our store. While you were all gaga about our outstanding workmanship, we could only sense the amount of confusion you had in you when you changed colour of one outfit four times & with multiple visits, to the extent of you forgetting what you actually even ordered. In this whole scenario, the team only tried to cooperate politely helping you figure out the best possible. So firstly to your argument, in all usual scenarios client order at once and doesn’t change it so many times as you did. And that’s how they get the clear record of sketches and everything else. About extra time on your delivery date, it’s extremely funny how you have completely forgotten that you had yourself asked to HOLD on making your outfits in between saying ‘MY WEDDING is PUT ON HOLD’ .And this was a HOLD of over a month before you called us up to start again. *In such scenario how do you even expect delivery on original date* .. I mean this is so unfair on your part to even think so. You are literally corrupting people’s mind without any genuine valid reason. Also the amount of conversation on your beautifully turned wedding outfits were entirely part of your extremely confused mind and not part of any fault from our end. Both of your outfits (which you can’t deny to) turned out great & you were extremely happy with them. If you want vidoes to show your happiness at your trial, we can do it. Lastly your mother’s lehenga was picked as a ready item and the blouse was a medium size while your mother was XL size. While ordering, we told you clearly we can’t change blouse & will alter this only. But we still made it to best fitting possible and issue was made due to heck of creating a stir which you really enjoyed. There was a reason that we didn’t revert to you for as long as two years thinking we did our level best to make you satisfied. But I think lately people are finding it really tough to appreciate & easier to demean hard working businesses without right reasons just to satisfy their ego. Extremely sad that you were one of them despite of all cooperation from our end. We wish the best for your future. Regards Hoa team

Hello prince sir, We are extremely sorry to hear about your issue with 5 days of extra delivery time which also included courier time and the team tried to make you understand this but you weren’t satisfied with any form of delay. However we still need you to mark, that there is a reason why the delivery dates mentioned in order forms are written as expected delivery dates & while we want to perfect every single date of delivery, some deliveries due to unforeseen reasons, festivities and complex human processes can take a little extra time than the perfect time. However, we really take pride in delivering majority of our orders with perfect dates and we really think you should try testing it for yourself to rebuild trust. Hello Siddharth, we apologise for the inconveniece caused to you back then. However on account of our policies clearly specified at time of order, we do not offer cancellation/refunds once after orders are placed with us. As a design firm it becomes imperative to secure us from leakage of designs after pictures are clicked & the fact that orders are made from scratch following long complex processes that can’t be stopped in between. Although we think your issue was resolved on mutual grounds and a credit slip was issued to you that time. Your comment was not seen & it still stands here as is.
