Very disappointing experience. The boutique did not stand by their words regarding stitching and delivery. I was asked to visit the store, but once I reached there, they simply denied providing the service. There was no effort to understand my concern or offer any solution—they just bluntly said no. It felt like a complete waste of time and very unprofessional. I expected better communication and basic courtesy.

Terrible experience. The stitching is the worst I’ve seen, and the owner is extremely rude. They do not take feedback well and have no respect for the customer’s time or money. Avoid at all costs.

Delayed the delivery, did nothing as discussed and argued that it is what we discussed. The lady is very unprofessional, I really don’t understand how that shop is running.

Had an amazing experience shopping at this boutique! They have a wide variety of beautiful outfits to choose from, and their stitching services are top-notch. The owner is incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through the selection process to find the perfect outfit.

If only I could give a negative review, I would. The worst in the business they are.
As rightly mentioned by a lot of customers, the owner is extremely rude and doesn't even listen to the customer. Extremely poor delivery time and they have some or the other hidden charges.
They have terrible stitching and when you mention fit issues, the owner denies it on the name of 'designer'. It has been over 2 months and they couldn't even design a skirt properly. Horrible experience, if only I could undo going there, I would have done it many a times.

The lady owner doesn’t have manners to talk with customers. After purchasing two dresses from her shop one got shrink after dry cleaning and now only a kid can wear that and for another dress stitching got open from here an there after wearing it for one time. When I report issues to the owner she even shouted on me and asked more money to get the dress fix. Please avoid to go to this shops, you can buy better and designer wear at many stores in Jaipur.

Very bad service. Please do not opt for stitching. The boutique does not have understanding of customwe requirements neither they have patience to listen to their client. I recently been there for stitching of blouse, and it was a nightmare. They have not even been able to gwt stitched a normal blouse. When i questioned them, in spite od understanding my concern they started blame game.
They charged 1000 rupees for normal bliuse stitch and after 4 times alteration still the fitting was not up to the mark.
Highly non recommended.

Dresses are good, but can't buy with free misbehaviour.
Bought a dress, went twice for alteration. On the Second visit, owner didn't allow to check the fit and retry the dress. Moresoover passed lewd remarks in front of the store workers.

Sangeeta studio owner is very bad natured ladies its she doesn't even have manners to talk to coustmer she was talking so rudely .. A few days after buying my dress, its stitching was opened and when I went to get it stitched, they asked me for extra charges for stitching that dress and told me that no copy of our dress is available, only one or two copies are there. you will not find our designer pattern anywhere else and when I saw Copy of dress is available everywhere like Lalji Saand Ka Rasta Navjeevan Plaza Same dress is available everywhere that too in less price

After reading the reviews of people who told owner an arrogant person. I was also confused whether to go here or not. Just gave it a shot randomly one day and found owner most genuine and honest lady with great customer care skills as well as good collection of clothings. I suggest all to atleast visit once and then gave a judgement on her, must visit studio in Jaipur.

A must visit place of those you are looking for genuine clothings in sarees, suits and bedsheet. The owner is a self made women and knows what her customers are looking for exactly. They have a tailoring setup inside there studio for customization of clothes as per customers requirement. A must visit place in pink city.

महिला मालिक को ग्राहकों से बात करने की तमीज नहीं है। उसकी दुकान से दो ड्रेस खरीदने के बाद एक ड्राई क्लीनिंग के बाद सिकुड़ गई और अब केवल एक बच्चा ही पहन सकता है और दूसरी ड्रेस के लिए एक बार पहनने के बाद यहां से सिलाई शुरू हो जाती है। जब मैंने मालिक को समस्या बताई तो वह मुझ पर चिल्लाने लगी और ड्रेस ठीक करने के लिए और पैसे मांगे। कृपया इन दुकानों पर जाने से बचें, आप जयपुर के कई स्टोर्स से बेहतर और डिज़ाइनर वियर खरीद सकते हैं।
