I have ordered Koti Pant and shirt for stiching. Even after the multiple trials i have taken they failed to provide me the finish product. I vististed 4times for trials and still issue with stitching and fitting. We need to tell the tailor this is the issue and they still try to convience us that it is correct. However due to the shirt size fit issue they had stitched new one. Before also my brother ordered 2 same set and they also have fitting issue however Poorwal agreed to pay for fiting charges. Well I think outsider tailor can do better. I will suggest if you have time and can do multiple trials it's good place. After 4 times attempt these are the Images attached of final product they delivered. I don’t know from which tailor are stitching the clothes they don’t know what is final product.

If you are planning to buy clothes for any function never opt for a porwal dress, and if you even have to then never go for inhouse stitching, they can mess your dress big time and you will be left with nothing but disappointment, and their customer care number is unreachable

“Uchi dukan,fhike pakwan” suits this shop completely. They ruined my engagement dress to the extent that I should have abused them badly. They have no knowledge about colors or fabric. Once you select the fabric then they take 15 days to make a simple dress and that too with some other fabric and when you tell them that it’s not what I have chosen then they gaslight you regarding your choice. Don’t go to this shop for anything! You can get far better quality and options on some other small local shops with low price and they will work better. Here they charge in thousands and their work is not even of hundred. Should have given in negative star rating if the option is available.

Worst shopping experience ever. I have purchased a dress and at the time of purchasing they shown the dupatta with it we have finalized one although the cost was too much high and at the time of delivery they denied to give the dupatta. This is completely unprofessional behavior of them. What would be the use of that sherwani if you didn't provided the matching dupatta you shown at the time of purchasing. And it's cost was 25k+. I have never seen such unprofessional and pathetic behavior in any shop.

They will show you limited and outdated collection and expect to choose from them, if you don't buy they humiliate the customer.
They charge huge amount but when it comes to quality; quality is worst.

Staff behavior is tottally disgusting, unmannered, unprofessional they don't know how to talk specially after sale they behave like they obliged us

Worst experience. Never go for that. The prices are too much high and they show you dresses including accessories(like dupatte) at the time of purchasing and they do not provide accessories which were with the dress at the time of delivery after getting money from you. Never fall in their trap. There are many more stores than this one. So make your decision wisely.

Worst Shop never visit if you want stitched suits/shirts they'll charge high measurements won't be up to the mark and on the time trials the person named yasin who is a clerk in the shop says it's looking perfect even after seeing the sizes are not up to the mark and the tailor checked the measurements and they were different from what he wrote during the measurements still he says they are same.
