Horrible experience! UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
Extremely late delivery Ordered a dress for a special event, but they delivered it AFTER the event date. Had to arrange another outfit at the last minute. LATE DELIVERY was common and casual for them.Owner and employees were super rude too. Absolutely no value for money. Would NOT recommend."

Worst experience. They promise to customise designs but the final work is not the same. I ordered 5–7 dresses and they were not delivered on time, they just gave excuses. The staff behaviour is quite unprofessional, and the owner didn’t get involved at all, just kept asking me to deal with the staff. Wouldn’t recommend.

The final output looked very cheap and nowhere close to what was promised. Based on my experience, I found the service unreliable and not worth the money at all. “My experience with this designer was really disappointing. Order lete time inhone jo promises kiye the, baad mein unpe stand nahi kiya. They changed their statements again and again, which felt very unprofessional. Customization bhi properly consider nahi kiya, even after clearly discussing everything.
Final work bhi kaafi cheap quality ka laga and definitely not worth the money I paid. Overall, the service didn’t feel trustworthy, and I personally would not recommend this designer based on my experience.”

Only if I had an option to give a minus rating. They are completely unprofessional. I travelled all the way from a different city to get my dresses and they didn't even keep them ready. The owner doesn't care and doesn't even pick up the calls. The store members also don't have basic manners. Asked me to wait for hours and then again the next day. My other dress was delayed and not only that I had to follow up every day to check if my dress was ready or not. Never buy anything from this place. No sense of customer service. Girls visit to get the dresses for their special occasion but please don't they'll ruin your special day.

Owners are arrogant and irresponsible. Do not purchase anything from here. I never had such a pathetic experience.I have bought 2 dresses on 3x price last week. My experience is literally very bad. No shop owners behave like this. They are not at all customer centric.When I was giving my previous feedback to her , she started justifying and argue us for bad feedback . She and her husband has no client approach and feedback acceptable. Once you buy and pay the money - they works just on their own terms and conditions. They change their commitment every time and don’t keep their word of mouth. After buying from here you will only have a bad mood nothing else
Contact number given is of owner Akanksha who hardly pick phones. Even by chance she attend she will reply in 2-3 days. She don’t take any responsibility for delivery.

Such an Amazing collection with the most easily customizable options are available here. Everyone is cooperative and attended us with big smiles despite several trials and changes. Got the best one can not even imagine for. Thank you for making my wife's most memorable dresses. Looking forward for more visits soon.

Pathetic and rude behavior I have ever experienced from a shop owner. Please don’t buy anything from their store or else you will regret it for sure. I bought a dress and gave it for the alteration for which they kept it for 5 days. They gave me the dress on the day I had to wear and that too without any alterations done. I somehow managed to wear the dress (after spoiling my mood for almost 1 hour) and when later I took the dress to their store they charged me 400 rs for dry cleaning, saying that their policy is that they cannot alter a wore dress.

Variety is good but the behaviour of the owner is very rude.. they never negotiate with the customer... even they are not at their word. they took 2 months for 1a minor alternation.And date on date is being given.
I have bought 3 dresses from their outlet and the material is soooo rubbish, thw work on crop top is completely fade. Even i hve wore it only once its like jst k local shop with fake high standard.

Firstly delivery of my dresses were 7 days late.
Secondly the changes that I asked to do in the dresses were missing.
They don't even ready to accept this, and they even charged extra money for the same. I bought 3 dresses worth 40,000 rs for my wedding😑

Absolutely pathetic customer service. They took 3 months to customise a dress I bought. First they chose the wrong fabric and were not willing to accept the mistakr, second time I went there were mistakes in the blouse and the fabric was dirty. It took me seven eight rounds to finally get the dress. Was so tired I accepted whatever they made. Not at all satisfied with it. They told me to deliver it at my home but stopped responding to text and calls when it was to be delivered. Liars, no professionalism. Expensive, not at all worth the money and efforts. Don't call yourself a boutique if you can't customise a dress only!! Never going again. Wish there was an option to rate 0.
Owners Rohit and Aakanksha will be so sweet on your face but they are too rude. Spoilt one of my friend's dress also.

The products will look designer but the quality of is not good. I bought a lehenga and got it dry cleaned after which the color of lehenga changed completely. They do not tell you wash care at the time of purchasing. Another thing they show you the wrong product and deliver unfinished product. Pathetic. The price of products are on costlier side but not worth buying. Refraining purchasing dresses from here.

Worst experience....these guys are very arrogant totally mannerless...once they get money they show their real face...took dress of 17 k and after wearing it got torn so simply went for alteration and they were giving silly excuses that first get it drycleaned after that we will alter...rubbish..they dont know how to maintain good relations with cx..will never go again and won't suggest anyone for this shop.

The dress was dirty and filthy that no one would even touch it, so we requested her to get it cleaned as our masters don't touch dirty dresses, we deal in fresh and untouched garments and that is the principal of all tailors as well..
We are always here to serve our customers, this is just a matter of certain business ethic and once again we never want to disrespect or insult anyone.

I selected one dress on 24th March and the delivery date was 14th April but till now i have not received my dress ...he is not picking up my phone calls...and even he took full payment of 13k...now i am feeling like conned by Rohit and Akanksha...very very bad customer service and handling ...if will not get my delivery by today or tomorrow i am planning to lodge police compliant.
