I recently had an unfortunate experience with the staff. I called them for assistance and was shocked by their rude and impolite behavior. As someone who values kindness and respectful customer service, this encounter left me deeply disappointed. From the moment the call began, it was clear that the staff member on the other end was not interested in providing assistance or addressing my concerns. Their tone was condescending and dismissive, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. It was disheartening to be spoken to in such an impolite manner. Overall, I would not recommend this place due to the disappointing encounter I had with their rude staff. I sincerely hope that they take the necessary steps to rectify the issue and improve their customer service.
