Worst tailoring experience I've ever had.
I gave Alankar Tailors 5 pants for stitching and 3 for alteration. On the delivery date, the clothes were the wrong size, and one pant was discolored and damaged. After promising to fix everything, they kept delaying the work for over 2 months.
Despite paying 70% in advance, making 50+ calls, and visiting the shop more than 10 times, I received nothing but excuses. Calls were ignored, and communication was rude and unprofessional.
Extremely disappointed with the service and behavior, especially from Ganesh. I am considering filing a consumer complaint for the unnecessary harassment and delay.
Not recommended.

These guys are amazing and keep their words. They can stitch any suit you want any style you prefer. They will guide you to your best looks. I asked them to stitch a dual color suit for me, and they have stitched in 7 days with full perfection and as I wanted. Really superb. They cost nominal. I would like to give visit again and again. Highly recommended if you live nearby Sarath City Mall. In the pic, the extreme left suit is tailored by alankar tailor. The one in blue and red.

They cant stitch a small school frock on time, have to go 5 times for a single frock. We have to give them suggestions on how to stitch.
They ask for 80% payment in advance so we cannot backout.
I have to take the dress to another tailor for stitching.
They did not ask for remaining money as they know they are at fault.
I can give proofs also if you over react to this.

Recently visited the place to get a few blouses stitched. Had a terrible experience. First, they charge you a lot and then they are extremely unprofessional. They delayed the work by many days. I had to go there thrice to get all my work done. They even lost one of my cloth pieces. The guy also kept arguing with me that I didn't give them the cloth (and later started shouting), even though it was mentioned in the receipt. I seriously won't recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrible and harrowing experience with these tailors. I made close to 40 calls on and after my promised delivery date for clothes, they didn’t answer nor replied to messages. Left me hanging for 4 days. Then answered once to say they’ll give it the same day, never did. When I called the next day, they said the shop is shut on Sunday, without any accountability. I tried my luck and still went to check, to see that they are open. I saw my untouched bag of clothes. I didn’t want to deal with any further delay or turmoil and took it back, they had no remorse for it whatsoever. Highly unprofessional, rude, disrespectful with constant, blatant lies, with no regard for service. Do not recommend this place to anyone! Absolute sham!!!

All good reviews are fake reviews here. Not professionals at all. After giving a delivery date no one is picking the phone. It's been 3 days. I wonder if they just scamsters and frauds. My clothes are just gone probably. I just have to visit the store and fight. Not the experience I was looking forward to.

I recently got an ethnic sleeveless suit with cigarette pants sewn from here. I am so extremely pleased with the results. They are incredibly professional and skilled tailors.
The kind of suits I like have a very sleek and sharp look so getting that exactly right takes skills. The tailors here had those.
I just wish they had shorter delivery time.
PS bhaiyya forgot to hand me my dupatta so he delivered it to my house free of cost :)

I took a top and dress of my mum's which were copied to size perfectly.

The owner runs the place very inefficiently. Pricing is reasonably high and quality of work is acceptable but nothing is available on time.
They promise a delivery date but it's a sham. You have to visit multiple times, keep pushing for your delivery and at the end of it get your clothes much later than expected.
Several times I've sat in the store waiting along with multiple angry customers just waiting for the owner to show up and they will not have your clothes ready.
Think multiple times before you select this Tailor.

Actually, we bought a suit for my teenager son. With a strict timeline, his one of tailor fallen sick. The old man {owner} was ready to return the money but with just 12 hours left , we can not go anywhere else since suit was needed for a ceremony in school , next morning 8 AM.
His son , who work with his father (owner) in the shop, understood the situation and propose to deliver by morning 6 AM next day. To my surprise he came to my apartment complex at 4.30 AM , worked throughout night and gave me the needed suit.
Have a really wonderful experience at the end. very well priced suit , with a perfect fit and deliver in time.

Went here after getting returned my blouses from another tailor due to unavoidable circumstances and i was running out of time to get my blouses ready. Checked reviews and met Mr Ganesh and wasn’t disappointed. It was expensive than some others but he assured me we can make 2 blouses in 2 nights.
His knowledge and understanding in tailoring and hearing me out what I need in design was quite good enough. Great quality, impressed with his time management skills too though we troubled him with late night.
If you communicate with him what you need, he will do exactly that with his idea respecting your wishes too. Thanks Mr Ganesh. 👍🏼

Great place. Great designs. Great service. Completely surprised by the store. Really good designs were available in the store.They are not famous for readymade suits but are phenomenal while stitching suits of your measurements and design. A tad expensive though.

Wow! This is a great place to go. I'm a Canadian living in Hyderabad, and I was recommended to go here by a friend. They have done a really great job. I have had 4 pairs of dungarees made, a dress, and many tops, and my friends have had many things made as well. Each time they listen to what you want and they will also make adjustments when you go to pick it up to make sure it's just right. The son Ganesh is studying to be a fashion designer and the detail to the work shows. It's also just a really nice experience. Make sure you give them enough time -- I'd say between 1.5 - 2 weeks for complicated orders. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for custom-made pieces!

I gave them my designer clothe piece for 1 kurta set, he quoted 3000 as stitching charge for that, we paid. We asked him for date, he mentioned a date after 18 days we agreed! He delayed the delivery by a week without prior info, every day he was mentioning a new day. Worst part is when we asked him over call he mentioned it's done, we traveled 20km that to in heavy traffic and when we asked for cloth he mentioned it's not done yet!
After waiting for this long when I got my kurta, stitching for my kurta was really not good! It was not in shape!!!

Very commercial and prices are too High. Expected delivery date will be extending every time you call them. They won't lift your call until the stitching is done. Work wise it's ok but if it is emergency for you better you should avoid this place.

Don't go to this tailor.
1. Rude behaviour by staff and owner. They don't care about the customer's satisfaction at all.
2. Overpriced. Even for a small alteration, he was charging in hundreds of rupees.
3. No post-stitching support. The owner believes that once his work is done, he has done it perfectly and that no change is required. Even on asking him if I could come back later should I find anything wrong with the stitching work, he said "Nothing is wrong. If you come back for any changes, I'll charge as required".

These are one of the worst tailors around. The Family is champions in worst customer experience. They will not give your items by the delivery date - instead will delay make you wait at the store - super unprofessional approach and no knowledge of tailoring whatsoever. We got 15 days later earlier promise at 10 days and had no courtesy of committing right timelines - kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow morning afternoon 1, afternoon 3 pm. God help such businessmen

Worst experience ever!
The father and son have no coordination whatsoever yet they work together no wonder their service is as bad as their coordination.
The son spoke to me on the phone about stitching and what they offer when I went to give the material the father was there and had no idea what I wanted because the son hadn’t informed him anything. The final product was a badly stitched Kurta with threads hanging out and delivery late by almost a week. I had to take it to an other tailor to get it done properly.

Handed over the clothes to them on 1st August, they had given the completion date on 11th august, I had visited the place to collect my stuffs on 14th August & it was not ready by then, they again requested me to come after 2 days i.e. on 16th August. I have visited the shop on 25th august but they haven’t even started to work on my orders. Highly unprofessional & there’s no value of commitment. They didn’t even pick your call neither they respond to your messages. They took almost a month & still couldn’t deliver my order. Overly priced with bad service. Not recommended at all.

Was in Hyderabad recently and decided to get some tailoring done. Purchased two suits, four business shirts and two kurutha tops. It may be a small shop, but the work they put in on the stitching is excellent, fabric quality is good and customer service is great. Prefect custom fit and worked around the clock to deliver in three days. Ganesh is very easy to deal with and the pricing is quite reasonable. Looking forward to my next visit to get some more work done.

Post this shirt textile for this shop, in the month of March probably. The pricing of textile is pricey which doesn't justify the quality of the product. Considering stitching, it was above average. I highly recommend you to buys shirt textile from Ramraj or from akbar textile. You can only consider here for stitching. I do believe them like they send me like colour of the cloth will not fade away. But after like 8 to 7 washes, colour started fading away.

Extremely poor service. I missed wearing the outfit given to them for two consecutive family events. Father and son take absolutely no responsibility. Finally the outfit was not even made. Very bad service. Staff won't attend to calls neither reply. Every time I called they delayed the work, something or other was pending. Finally after 2 weeks, the work I received was shoddy. I had given additional Latkans to be added to the blouse. They didn't put it. I forgot to ask for those then, and now they are keeping them. I do not even care to go back to that shop to get them back, neither do they care to return them back. I went on the basis of review. Worst shop.
