agree with some users comments. very disappointed with their delivery promise. He first committed to give my shirts in 5 days then asked me additional 3 days still could not able to ready it. I literally went to the shop twice and without guilt he is saying just need 4 hrs to complete stitching. Work was average. He needs to stay committed what promises he offers to customers. He needs change in attitude and understand customer urgency

Very unprofessional. I had given clothes for alteration and new stitching to get it ready for an event which was 15 days always. After 1.5 months my clothes are still untraceable with the tailor. Every time I ask I just get told 'come tomorrow morning' to collect your clothes. BEWARE - You may even lose your clothes here

I requested an alteration to the waist of my jeans and they stitched it so bad, I could see the threads and it wasn't even comfortable wearing those jeans after that because they were altered in the wrong place and scrunched up. Had to undo all the stitches.
