I’ve used Urban Silayi twice now, and I love the way my tailor — Saif Sayed — has been stitching my clothes. The service is generally timely (with maybe a day or two delay), and the pick up and drop off service, plus the expertise of the tailor, are very valuable. Saif is an expert, professional and polite, and also gives good advice! More importantly he listens to what the client wants.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the blouse! The stitching is impeccable, and the fit is perfect. The team did an amazing job with the alterations, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. My Honest Experience – Disappointed and Misled I came across this tailor through Google and was drawn in by the positive reviews, especially since it mentioned that they offer home service for measurements, stitching, and delivery. That sounded convenient — but my experience was very different. When I visited their place (because I personally prefer seeing where I give my clothes), I was initially met by a very sweet lady, which made me feel comfortable. I planned to give 4 outfits but held back after hearing the stitching price — ₹2500 per piece just for basic stitching, with lining charges separate. That felt steep, so I gave only 2 tops for stitching with lining. The total I was charged? ₹5450 — for extremely simple work that did not feel worth the price at all. I also left some fabric pending, which I later decided not to get stitched. When I asked for it back, their tailor kept saying “I’ll be there in 10 minutes” but didn’t turn up for two days. Finally, when I called the main lady for follow-up, her tone completely changed. She was rude and dismissive, saying “We don’t come for just one piece,” — which I found quite disrespectful, especially since I had given 2 pieces, not one. And more importantly, they clearly promote “Pick, Stitch, and Deliver” services — which they didn’t follow through on. I was never told upfront that they wouldn’t come for fewer pieces — this lack of transparency and professionalism is truly disappointing. Just sharing this so others can make an informed decision and not be misled by polished words or one-time sweetness. Make sure you clarify everything before handing over your clothes here.and as soon as you get ur cloths she will call you n say pls put a review so pls dnt go on reviews it’s personal experience review can be paid too…..

This is my first time opting for an online stitching service. I was scared to give my wedding saries for extra blowse stitching and draping. Chose this place to turn my mother's old saree into a beautiful patiala suit and was anxious the whole time on how it would turn out. Needless to say Ruhi understood my sentiments perfectly and put my imagination and of course her creativity into my order. Really happy with the service and the speed of delivery is next level. They also do home delivery and pickup. So a complete 10/10 for Ruhu and her entire team of hard working and talented karigars ❤

This one is very good. They stitches well and give within 3-4 days. I recommend this for stitching as it provides home collection and delivery services as well. Very poor stitching experience. My blouse with hand embroidery has been cut to make a deep back. If there was embroidery, they should have preserved it. I gave some dresses and they are absolutely horrible. Waste of a lot of money. Never using them again. Edit: tailor came to rectify. Blouse embroidery cannot be done. Dresses are short. He may be able to rectify. Increased to 3 stars because of their responsiveness
