I had one of the most unprofessional and stressful experiences with Cloud Tailoring (via Kankatala) and specifically with designer Sagarika. I entrusted them with my wedding saree blouse (worth ₹75,000, and in total over ₹1 lakh with tailoring), making it clear from day one that it was urgent since I was flying out on Monday. I gave the saree on Saturday (8 days before required delivery), with very clear instructions that it must be ready by following week Sunday. Despite this, they left everything until the very last minute. I was made to sit in the store until 11 pm the night before my flight while they kept blaming porter delays. For such a premium service and premium pricing (which I did not bargain on), this level of disorganization is unacceptable. They lied multiple times about delivery – constantly saying “on the way” or “5 minutes” when in reality I had to wait for hours. They finally gave the blouse only at 11 am on Monday, when I had already asked for 10 am. For my mother’s blouse, which had terrible fitting, they promised to fix and return by 1 pm, but they only delivered it at 5 pm – after I had already left for the airport. Despite all this, their tailor was calling me saying they will give the blouse at 7pm, which is absolutely ridiculous as I have a flight that would have left by then. Their suggestion that they would “ship it internationally later” was a complete and utter joke. I made it very clear that I do not trust them after so many lies and delays. The communication from Sagarika was the worst part – she never updated me properly, kept delaying, and left me in extreme stress. I had to chase and follow up daily while she gave vague answers and no accountability. The quality of the blouse was also shocking. The butti work I instructed wasn’t done and no communication regarding that during the week, the back had no saree border/finishing, and the dori they used was a dirty silver piece of cloth that didn’t even match. The work wasn’t even finished. I am now paying someone else to redo the blouse because the finishing is so poor. This was my wedding blouse, not some casual order. Even for a simple saree worth a few thousand rupees, this level of negligence would be unacceptable – and here, after paying such a premium, the service was appalling. They lack professionalism, honesty, and quality, and will leave you with nothing but stress.

This place is amazing! Shivani and her kind staff spent over 2 hours with 3 of my friends and me as we looked at different saris, draping us, giving us bottled water and tea. They were so patient and were able to tailor make 6 bodices in time for us before we left Hyderabad. The craftsmanship is excellent and professionalism is welcoming and inviting. I am writing this while sitting at their store, the night before my early morning flight tomorrow reach my wedding destination, still begging them to give me my own blouses back. I had the most horrifying, unprofessional, and stressful experience with Cloud Tailoring (via Manyavar), specifically with designer Shivani Bansal and her team. I entrusted them with my wedding saree blouses — sarees worth ₹2,00,000 and over ₹18,000 paid purely for tailoring — and they have completely ruined every single blouse. From day one, I made it absolutely clear that this was urgent. I submitted 6 sarees 9 days in advance with strict instructions that everything must be ready by Friday since I am flying out on Saturday. I even shared detailed reference pictures for each blouse — including front neck, back neck, design references, and saree images. There was no ambiguity. Yet, despite all this clarity, they managed to destroy everything. They left the entire job for the last minute and then made me sit in the store till late night the night before my flight, shamelessly blaming porter delays. For a so-called premium service charging premium prices (which I did not even negotiate), this level of chaos and irresponsibility is disgusting. They lied repeatedly about delivery timelines — “5 minutes away,” “on the way,” “almost done” — while I waited for hours. When they finally handed over the blouse, the fitting was terrible. They promised to fix it and return it, and again failed. Their suggestion to “ship it later” was a complete joke after constant lies and delays. Why would I trust them with shipping when they cannot even deliver in person? The worst part was Shivani’s communication. No proactive updates. No accountability. Only vague responses and excuses. I had to chase her daily like it was my job. Instead of owning up to mistakes, they harassed me over calls and were verbally rude. I have never met such disgusting and unprofessional staff in my life. The quality of work is beyond shocking: • Magam work was not done properly despite clear instructions. • No proper saree border finishing at the back. • They attached a dirty cloth dori that does not even match. • The blouse was incomplete and poorly finished. This was my wedding blouse — not some random casual outfit. They have spoiled someone’s big day, taken money, ruined expensive sarees, and caused extreme mental stress. Even if this was a blouse worth a few thousand rupees, this level of negligence would be unacceptable. After charging premium pricing, the service and workmanship are disgraceful. I am now forced to pay someone else to redo the blouses because their finishing is so poor. I have no option left but to pursue a formal legal complaint against this store. They should bear the consequences for ruining someone’s wedding attire and putting a customer through such harassment and trauma. ⚠️ Warning to others: Do NOT trust Cloud Tailoring (Manyavar) for bridal or important outfits. They lack professionalism, honesty, accountability, and basic respect for customers. You will be left with stress, ruined clothes, and zero support.
