I would rate them a minus if I could...damn such terrible sense of fitting and upon that the terrible behaviour. Such unprofessional, when I visited the shop and complained about the garment the guy sitting at the shop said that there are no bad reviews and that I was the first one to do so... after seeing the reviews on Google I also have a feeling that he doesn't know what a good review sounds like... guy's probably delusional ..I got an uniform tailored by him .. and when I received the finished product the uniform delivered to me wasn't even mine it was twice my measurements.... after reaching out to him about it he tried to justify his mistake by saying that Patiala pants worn by women are meant to cover the toe ...and also he refused to get it fixed... rather asked for extra charges to fix it...I would recommend people to not visit the shop, there are several other better tailors at Guwahati but yeah if u are interested in getting robbed u can surely visit ''Robin Uniforms''... Anyway, my bad should've gone through the reviews before visiting the shop

I visited the shop and was expecting professional service but was surprised with the unethical and rude service..he was overconfident from the start...he tries to sound straightforward but he doesn't understand that his "straightforwardness" turns out to be a joke as his tailoring skills are zero..he might do well if he got into a debate competition as he can argue with you the whole day without having any point to prove himself right...this guy has serious issues and rather than trying to prove himself right he should try to learn tailoring that might help him to earn some loyal customers...he argued with me that he had no bad reviews and boasted of his skills turns out he can't even read english properly adding to the list of things he can't do but boasts of....he has zero tailoring skills, doesn't even know how to talk and gets so defensive when you point out his mistakes..I don't think so the owner will understand my words as he can't even differentiate between good and bad reviews but I hope that you work upon your insecurities and actually try to mend your mistakes rather than arguing...

Doesn't even know the T in tailor. So bad fitting so inexperienced workers. Very bad
I had to go for fitting the shirt 3 times then also he couldn't successfully made me a shirt of b barooah college. Then i asked him to refund me the money. Very bad experience . Never visit. Iam telling from my experience. Very bad.

Bez we care our customers after 6 month, also if u had any call 🤙 or visit us but u don't have a right, to tell this type of asquse ok we don't then come nd show us, Manny customer use to tell a lie, but then also we r care, this nd now previous staff has changed

Third class kapda hai ye log kapda dena nahi chahta Paisa pura le leta hai fittings ekdam third class hai kabhi mat kharidna yaha se kapda kahi accha jagah se kharidna yaha se nahi 👎🏼👎🏼 kapda dene mai full kanjosi karta hai lekin daam kamane bolo toh ek rupaya nahi kamana abhi vapas se kahi aur se banana parega.

Their fitting is really bad. Whomever I know got their uniform from this store, had to go for fitting.... So does my friend... But the sad part was my roommate's pants were made too poorly to be farther fitter she had to order another pair with extra money.

Literally the worst shop in guwahati. They don't care about your clothes they are stitching nor your time. On top of charging high price they don't deliver the product on time .Don't ever go there.
