Extremely poor service. They have taken the franchise for almost every school in Guwahati but are completely unable to manage the demand. Every time I visit, the required sizes are unavailable. I have been following up for my child's St. Mary’s PT dress for the last 2 months, and they keep giving excuses like 'come back after 15 days.' If you cannot handle the volume of so many schools, you should let go of some franchises so that others can provide better service. The shop is too small and the staff response over the phone is very disappointing Here are the main issues I’ve faced: ZERO STOCK AVAILABILITY: For the last 2 months, I have been repeatedly visiting the shop for a St. Mary’s PT dress. Every single time, I am told the size is unavailable and asked to come back after 15 days. It has become a never-ending cycle of 'come back later.' POOR COMMUNICATION: Getting a response over the phone is nearly impossible. When they do pick up, the staff is dismissive and provides no concrete information. CROWDED & SMALL SHOP: The shop is far too small to accommodate the number of parents they are forcing to come there. The experience inside is chaotic, and the staff's behavior is unhelpful and rude once you finally get their attention. MY SUGGESTION TO THE MANAGEMENT: If you do not have the capacity, space, or inventory management skills to handle so many schools at once, please stop taking on more franchises. You are harassing parents and students by holding them hostage to your poor service. Give up some of these school contracts so that more capable vendors can ensure our children get their uniforms on time. Highly disappointed and would not recommend if there were any other choice.

Extremely poor experience. Overcrowded, tiny shop with no parking in a congested Panbazar area. Took nearly an hour just to get a uniform. Staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. Being the only supplier for some schools is clearly being misused. Schools should offer multiple uniform vendors instead of forcing parents into this mess.

Shop for school dresses only. I personally don't like the staff behaviour. As they don't know how to talk with customers. And Whenever the new school session starts this shop is crowded with parents and children for their uniforms. And most of the time the required cloth were out of stock. And they don't even take calls. And the worst situation is with Parking, which is not available, so its an another headache. I wish the school authority will discontinue the contract and give it to some more responsible shop.
