I am really disappointed with the service they provided. First of all, they are late by seven days. Whenever I call them to ask if the suit is ready they say they will call as soon as it gets ready but they never called. And due to that, I already missed my event. Also, they did not do it, as I ask them to, they didn't even take my things seriously. Like bro, if you don't want to make the suit According to your customer just say so, why do you need to pretend. But still i'm giving 2 star because they did good job wth the suit. But they really need to take the customers point seriously.

I recently had two pairs of formal pants tailored and was extremely disappointed with the results. Despite going to the shop two times for alterations, both pairs were still much too tight and uncomfortable to wear. However, the formal shirt that was tailored fit perfectly. On the third delivery date, they fixed the pants and I also was refunded 5% of the bill. While I appreciate the gesture, it doesn’t make up for the inconvenience and frustration of having to make multiple trips to the shop for unsatisfactory alterations. I would not recommend this shop for tailored pants.

Last year I got stitched a pair of suit. Stiching was overall good. The blazer required some adjustment, but I found it difficult to convince the tailor(masterji) about this. He was very arrogant. After much persuasion he reluctantly agreed to make the adjustments and after such adjustments it was a good fit.
Recently I ordered another pair of suit. This time also the blazer needed some adjustments and I do not have any objection about this. However, when I requested for such adjustments the tailor (masterji) was really very rude and arrogant.
I feel from my two time experience that, if you don't accept what they stich, you have to face some humiliation.

I had given a suit for stiching few days back. Although the blazer was a good fit, but pant was too tight. The worst part is they were reluctant to make any adjustments and kept convincing us that this is how formal pants should be. Please dont waste your hard eaned money in this shop.

I had to go thrice for correcting length measurement of my two Raymond trouser n still not corrected. It's totally Unprofessional. Today went to correct but shop closed. I asked to increase length but they decreased but 1 inch. Horrible experience. Don't go to this shop of Bhetapara.
