I recently had a disappointing experience at Studio Bespoke. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff made it evident that the customer service was not a priority. Additionally, the tailoring was very poor and one should never visit this store even in the worst circumstances.

My experience with this bespoke tailoring service was a complete nightmare. Communication was abysmal, and the final product looked like it was done by an amateur. The craftsmanship was sloppy, with visible seams and uneven stitching. It's astonishing how they managed to mess up every aspect of the tailoring process. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this disaster of a service.

Horrible experience at Studio Bespoke Sohna road. The quality of clothes was good but the main person there named Ravi was pathetic . He keeps on lying to deliver the products. Also , he was after us to make complete payment even before delivering the clothes . He delivered my clothes just 1 day before the day of the function. I think the owner of the store should seriously think for some replacement of the people there otherwise it could impact it's future sales also. I would recommend people to visit their another store located at MG road Gurgaon since people there are so nice and kind.

To be true. The store is nice and has good designs. But the quality they offer is not good. They say they use Italian fabric but what they are using is fabric made in local mils of India and then selling it in premium price in india.
