I ordered an Anarkali in a customised colour, with specific measurements which was straight forward. The Customer service was excellent with regular communication about timescales. I requested DHL delivery as Fed Ex isn’t great in my area and tracking on the app is not as good as DHL. They almost sent the package with FedEx but as soon as I alerted them to request a change, it was done immediately and I literally received my parcel from India in 2 days with tracking alerts from the moment it was sent. My Anarkali arrived beautifully packaged and is a perfect fit. I always look for excellent customer service as a deciding factor whether to repurchase and am glad to say I would definitely order from Shweta Dabbas again.
