Finally I have found a boutique where I don't feel anxious when giving clothes for stitching!! Shilpa and her team are super efficient in their work. Her designing is beautiful, stitching is very neat and consistent so I never have to worry about alterations. She listens to my design preferences very patiently and most of the time delivers on time and incase of any delay she informs beforehand. She also has a good collection of unstitched suits and fabric.

I came across My Dress Story and Shilpa at Adda in Epicenter. Saw some of her work and came to her studio in Sec 56. Firstly, her studio is so well designed that the experience starts on a high note.This is followed by great hospitality from both Shilpa and her partner. Keeping all this aside, Shilpa has a great sense of design and fashion. She helped me redesign some of my older saress and dresses. Her stitching and the designing and was fabulous and exactly close to what i wanted. If there are alterations she gets them done for you in a few hours or a day. Overall it was a great experience and I'll surely be approaching her for a lot of designing now.

Shilpa aunty has great ideas and talent. The dress she made for my sister’ haldi was loved by everyone in the family. I am on heavier side and never thought I can carry a skirt. The way she designed it was so beautiful that it was hiding all my problematic area and gave me confidence to rock the outfit I never thought I can.
She also helped us with our final fitting for some of our wedding outfits and saved us time. She is professional and punctual, completed our outfits in 2-3 days, which was huge huge help!

This boutique is horrible and money making machine! I called in morning and lady told me that stiching lehnga will be 5000inr and when I told her that it’s semi stitched and I will give you lining as well. She told me it will be less and masterji will tell the price!
When I visit the boutique they quote me still 5000inr and when I told her that you told me it will be less than she said I never told you 5000inr and our starting price alone is 6500inr. She doesn’t keep her words and even indirectly told me that I am lying.
Integrity is key in todays world and it’s on top of my values so if you are same like me never visited this place.
I went to this place based on google review so it’s my responsibility to share the honest review for other as well!
Update - She still said that I am lying :) Also, regarding the misbehave I am not sure where she got that. She was not even in the boutique, after I explained everything to talk to masterji, he understood exactly my need and he only called to her to get the pricing. I didn't even talk to staff other than my needs and I can say it publicly to challenge to review the video recording.

Dear Swati, sorry that you feel so! But I see it as an unfair review.
I will clarify your points
1- we do not share the cost of work that is part required to be done on phone and I am very sure no such similar establishment will do that. So I clearly dont know how you got the pricing or may be you are confusing us with some others. Or it was clearly your assumption .
2- We quoted you a price after looking at your piece ,which although you feel is semi stitched but clearly do not understand the work involved in processing it into a garment. Just to add lining cost is a very small cost. Rest the input cost involved is best understood by people who process the garment.
3- Something which you missed highlighting in your review that your behaviour with the team was totally inappropriate and rather demeaning. No issues can be so big to grant you a right to shout and misbehave.
Also please do not question someone’s integrity just because price quoted doesnot meet your expection.
