Formal Complaint and Request for Owner Details for Legal Notice
Hello Sir,
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable delay, repeated mismanagement, and poor stitching quality of my suit order placed at Raymond Store, Sector 14, Gurgaon on 8 November 2025.
Despite more than 40 days having passed, as of 18 December 2025, I have still not received a properly stitched suit. I have been forced to visit the store on six occasions, including four separate stitching trial sessions, yet the issues have not been resolved.
On the third visit, I accepted delivery only because there was an urgent wedding in my family and I had no alternative. However, the suit was not stitched correctly even then, and I had to continue returning for corrections. During the first two trial occasions, I was misled by the stitching master with false assurances that the issues were corrected, when they were clearly not. Even on my sixth visit on 17 December 2025, the stitching was still incorrect and unfinished to an acceptable standard.
This entire experience has caused significant mental harassment, inconvenience, and loss of time. I have also incurred repeated travel expenses due to the store’s failure to deliver the service promised within a reasonable timeframe. I have paid close to Rs. 13,000 for the cloth and stitching, and I am seeking a full refund of the amount paid, along with reimbursement of all travel expenses for my six visits and compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
Since the matter has not been resolved despite multiple follow ups, I am preparing to initiate legal action and file a complaint in the appropriate Consumer Forum.
Accordingly, I am requesting you to share the following details immediately, so that a formal legal notice can be issued to the concerned parties:
1. Owner’s full name
2. Owner’s full address
3. Owner’s contact number and email ID (if available)
4. Store’s legal entity name (proprietorship or company name, if different from store name)
5. Store’s complete address with pincode
Please treat this as a final request. If the details are not shared promptly, I will proceed with a legal complaint based on the store’s publicly available details and the transaction records available with me.

They have absolutely zero variety. They don't even have the basic materials nor they are interested in restocking it
I experience with Manoj Singh Rawat has not been encouraging. My concerns were falling on his deaf years

Horrible Raymond shop. Never recommend to stitch or but anything from this shop. ASHEESH at the shop has confirmed that the service is still not delivered via their backoffice tailoring vendors Puneet and master Khalid. Unfortunate that despite a week of delays. Shageer ji who is head tailoring acknowledged that the delay of 5 days is there and will arrange refund 100%.

This place is a nightmare and they are wilful defaulters(Sector 14 Raymond Store). Trust me, I cannot express how much pain and regret I feel while writing this review. They make mistakes and don’t even hesitate to avoid saying sorry.
This review is specifically for this Raymond store. They get your clothes stitched by some roadside vendor and deliver them to you. If you are experienced in wearing tailored-fit clothes, you’ll catch their flaws right away.
The second biggest scam they pull is claiming this is a company store. Most of the time, they receive dead and old stock, which they lure you into buying by offering discounts. But in reality, it’s just a trap.

Worst service ever. They don't even know to suggest right material for stiching a formal shirt. Moreover the tailor is so unskilled that despite taking the measurements he made the shirt tight beneath my arms and did not put a hole on the front pocket of shirt (to keep pen) despite telling him carefully about the same. Pathetic experience. It was a total waste of money there.

Been here before.. limited stock. They put up a sale of 40%, while next door sham garments had 50% off on Raymond. They charge GST ON TOP OF DISCOUBTED VALUE. RIDICULOUS. Sham garment didtn charge GST.. plus for alteration of four trousers they ask for 2 days and then when i call o 2nd day.. they saw we need more days...just horrible customer service

Took my own suitlength (that was Raymond) there. They said it wasn't long enough. Had also taken a shirt and trouser set, again Raymond, for stitching there. They said that the monogram (which is ugly) will come up on the final stitched shirt. Essentially, if you buy from them, they will stitch it for you. If you've got suitlengths and shirt materials that have been gifted to you, go elsewhere.

worst experience
On 11th Jun 1 purchased fabric for 2 paints and 2 shirts from Raymond shop, old Delhi road, sec 14, Gurgaon. Salesmen offered me their offer for free stitching in exchange of old cloths. I thought Raymond is a good brand and their stitching vendor will be good for my expensive fabric.
But i had never seen such poor quality of stitching.
My humble request you all to purchase only fabric from Raymond. Pls go for stitching to your trustworthy tailor only. Pls don't prefer stitching through Raymond.
