Made To Measure

I was skeptical about getting a Blazer stitched from Gurgaon and never heard of any renowned Men's tailoring spot in the city before I stepped into "Made to Measure". I would say it's a one stop shop for Men who likes to wear customized tailored outfits, specially Suits. The owner of the showroom has an extensive experience in the field. He not only was very humble but also guided me for the right fabric as per my requirement. The final product (Blazer) was a result of the perfection and experience of the owner. I would recommend one to visit "Made to Measure" for custom tailoring need.

I visited this place to see thr new designs for mens party wear. First of all I like the behaviour of the owner..he was so humble and has a good knowledge of fabrics...However I didn't purchased anything but would recommend guys to visit and explore the options... It's not a big showroom...a small shop with samples kept over there..

I had such a bad experience with made to measure that I thought it to be shared so that people can take care. I gave a Raymond grey striped suit to be stiched three weeks back to this guy ( Pleasant personality). After three weeks all I got is Raymond Black cloth back. Reason....the grey one was not done as per the measurement ..was called on x date for trial but the suit was not available and when it was available for trial..it was all awful. Earlier I got one stitched from this shop which was ok. To my shock when I approached for pickup it was not altered to the issues pointed. Then I was made to run pillar and post to see commercial interests first and customer service later from this gentleman. Ultimately he was kind enough to reimburse by way of same quality and not same colour/type fabric ...I lost 21 days, mental peace and then a cloth which I already had( I compromised for this as he wanted 10-15 days to replace the original one but I just want to get rid of this experience). Take care and be ready for this! I feel cheated and humiliated. Will never suggest this shop to my friends.On the reply given by the owner of the shop I can only say that how is Mr Sharma bothered whether I bought 10500 worth of suit length in 5750/- or for free?. It is my clothing and I have s right to demand it back in case of misfit. You have taken grey clothing and returned black as I had no choice but to get rid of you ...I cannot match your commercial bent of mind Sharmaji...you people never called up despite an issue from your side, I was making frantic calls to which you replied casually. I didn't had time to deal with or else I would have dealt with this case in consumer forum only. Good that you exposed yourself so soon! Don't worry ...someone out there in the sky is watching our deeds....

I got in touch with them after looking at the google reviews and gave them a 3 piece suit, a kurta pajama and a jacket for the kurta for tailoring. At the same time I gave another suit to Rabani (other option I was considering based on google reviews). In the first trail, pants were loose on the thighs and pajama was tight on the calves. They said they will alter. In 2nd and final trail, the exact same 2 problems existed in the final product. They tried to correct the pajama once more while we were waiting, the pajama was still tight. But they refused to acknowledge the problem existed in pants and the pajama also. While i was at their store for my 1st trail, i heard another customer who was mad because they swapped his shirt with a different color one.At the same time the suit i gave to Rabani was perfect. At Rabani they even did my suit for cheaper price and had faster turnaround time. Guess where all my business is gonna go in future!!

Bakwas... Go and buy ready made so that you can check the fitting you want... I gave him suit piece to get stitched for band gala ... They made it open breast... Then they compensated me with band gala suit in last moment... They gave me suit piece nd stitched it in three days... Worst fitting... I can't even take proper breath or sit down comfortably.. I selected a piece from their store to stitched into a pant... That pant costed me 2300 total.. with worst fitting... Nd worst cloth material... Now I can't wear it nor through it.. waste of money, time... Feeling regret...
