After struggling a lot with many designers shops in gurgain I came across deepmala in sector 14.
I would say one of the best shops.....I wanted to purchase a party wear shirts and believe me guys they have such a nice collection and that too in reasonable price...
I was so happy with the purchase that I went again after 15 days and bought one more shirt which was only for 2k....trust me this type of shirt will actually cost you around 4k easily in the market....however they claimed that it was on 50% off but aby ways it's a worthable purchase.
They have other options like suits, indo western, sherwani etc....which was really good...
Must try once....

Cannot stick on commitments. Promised that the suit will be ready intime. However a day before function was unable to deliver. Really frustrating experience.

Frustrating experience. Actual delivery date was Nov. 10, 2025. Not yet delivered. Every time they have some excuse.

Frustrating experience at the store. Finalised a sherwani after putting in hours at this store and when the billing time came the owner said the sherwani cant be made for the given size! They wanted to push a more expensive option which we did not like and yet were persistent on the same..waste of time and effort..won’t recommend this place to anyone..waste of time

We are really sorry for the experience, our intentions can never be falsified for selling any merchandise. Before taking any customization order, our sales people have to verify if there is any challenge in terms of availability of the fabric. In your case it was the width of the fabric, which was not suitable for the size expected for your body comfort, so we suggested another similar article and not at all forced. Still we are really sorry for your bad experience though..

Not at all recommended as their sales executive along with their owner is not at all customer centric.
Sales executive is more interested in knowing personal details rather than focusing on sales..
And their customer service is also worst..it gives me feeling that their owner is arrogant in nature.

Very Bad Experience... No after sale service. Stitched 2 suits, 1 Jacket and 3 Trousers but Trousers stitching was pathetic.. Gave those trousers for removing the defects but now its almost 25 days.. Now stopped to pick the call.. Very very Bad Experience...
