This is just a small shop in a house ,the woman outsources the work, no stitching is done at this "Boutique" . I gave my lehenga and kurti and she promised to give me on 30Nov or before. Now she is fighting with me over calls and not ready to return my fabric. I've been requesting her to return as it is. She charged me an exorbitant amount for the work but isn't even returning my clothes. She is charging 2000 to stitch the semi-stiched lehenga and 2500 for a normal sleeveless blouse. I will post the call recordings and videos if needed. My advice would be never trust the woman ,she is extremely rude, unprofessional and someone you would not want to speak with to protect your own dignity. I am stuck in the worst position right now as I have to leave for a wedding next morning and don't have anything to wear and she won't even give me back my fabric.
Update : I had to go to her house at 10in the night to get my things. She charged more than she initially asked and then did not share the original bill instead gave a new one with increased prices.
She totally spoiled the blouse and damaged the lehenga , had to call up and ask for dupatta which she kept with herself separately. Attached picture of the blouse.
Take my advice and never visit this place.

I have had many encounters with boutiques in the past and there always has been irregular and uncertain. My Mom always wanted the best of best and eventually I got hold of these guys through a common friend. That was the first day and it continues to be with them although I travel Model Town Delhi to get the ethnicity and kind of work we are looking for. The best part is they make you feel comfortable in what you are looking at and also in getting the best out of your budget, style and making. They have impeccable after service which adds on to the whole beauty. Wish you guys all the best! Cheers to that :)

'Silai' is one of the best boutiques if you are looking in Palam Vihar, Sector 23 and nearby areas. I get my dresses, ethnic wears stitched from here and I must tell I am very happy. The fittings come to be amazing and the owners are very helpful and kind if any alternations to be made. They also keep a wide range of running fabrics with beautiful prints in good quality.
The owners will also suggest you with trendy designs and style.
Go there for all your stitching work and you will have a lovely experience at reasonable prices. :)

This place doesn't deserve to call itself a boutique. They ruined my lehenga, took such an exorbitant amount from me and in return gave me a lehenga that is prolly made by a new bie. This place is just set up in a small room of their house where no one knows how to stitch a lehenga. DO NOT ignore this review of mine. Don't make the mistake like me of giving your fabric here. I had to wear the lehenga for my sister's roka but now I'll just have to wear an old one, because the work they have given me is sub-standard. Their behaviour and skill is not directed towards increasing the clientele instead just ripping them off if anyone lands here. Because trust me their work will not leave you satisfied. They had the audacity to ask for more money to improve the lehenga. I hope they understand that unsatisfied customers will leave them out of business. Such a mistake to land here. Stay away from them.
