C grade service, extremely careless. Avoid visting the shop. I had given my shirt as a measurement and specifically asked to keep it in the bag but they ruined my whitr shirt. It was left like that with marks and writing on it. It was absolutely white but received dirty without the bag i had given. now talk about the stitching skills. I had asked shirt measurement should be the same the one i gave except the collars. Here they missed it too. Lenghth is less and width is more. They Aldo denied to provide the bill of cloth and thr stitching charges. I was told that we keep it fot our own records and don't give it to the customers. what a pathetic experience with such a stupid CX service.

Note: extremely suggested to not use their service. I have got one garment sewn by Sethi Sons (Plam vihar Vayapar kendra gurgaon). I liked the sewing hence, I ordered another trouser to be sewn on constant day when I visited take the delivery on the primary one. NOW, here comes the story.. i attempted the primary garment that I liked and paid the remainder of the balance and on the same day i ordered another one (for that I paid the total quantity (for the second one). I was conjointly given a receipt that clearly says that "Paid 350" balance nil. which implies I don't have have any remaining balance left. However, the lady that sits there refused to just accept that I actually have paid the cash simply because they are do not have a method of accepting the complete money before the delivery. Question One: If you are doing not have the method of accepting the payment, why did you give the receipt that says the complete amount is paid and no balance left. A kind suggestion: If you do not know book keeping have an accountant hired. may be that help.. (not you but, your customers) I hate their service and would suggest all to not use their service
