Excellent work, awesome customer service, beautiful owner (inside out) creating masterpieces and relationships, listens to you so patiently, extremely passionate about the work, from masterji to all the people in the boutique, all have such good attitude. Had a horrendous experience ! The Owner called me laughing to tell me that my Banarsi Suit material has shrunk while the master ji was trying to iron the fabric before cutting it! I mean the audacity ! And how unprofessional! She kept trying to find fault in my fabric! When I got my fabric back - I found that she has cut it from where it got burnt, and returned it to me shorter than it originally was! What a Scam!
