I came here with quite complex and unorthodox design ideas for two suits. With a hand on my heart, I can say that Sameer and his team did everything that was in their hands for it to happen. From looking at dozens of different high-quality fabric samples, to analyzing the pictures I brought, taking me through fitting tests from day 1, or advising me in terms of design, matching and proportions. Not only the final outcome was excellent because of their ability to execute my petitions, but also through giving me a number of practical pieces of advise.
Customer experience was smooth and enjoyable, with notable manners and deep respect for creativity. I would recommend anyone in Gurgaon (and beyond!) to have a suit designed and produced at this studio.
Lastly, I would like to twink an eye at the expat community: they can speak English! A skill that surely facilitated the process.

Very bad experience.
I was impressed with their designs, but their adherence to timelines and attitude when they are late is horrible.
Stitching takes infinite visits for fitting to get it right.
I had the bad luck of relying on them for all outfits for my wedding, and they messed almost everything up. So much so, that they dint get the sherwani stole ready in time. And, instead of being honest with it they kept promising that it would get delivered till the last day.
I wish someone told me to avoid it; please avoid if you are reading this review. Not worth a single second.

The most traumatic tailoring experience awaits you at the Golf Course road store! Designs are good but don’t expect the same to translate into the actual outfit! Even after 5 trials, I had to compromise on the final product.

1st I ordered the shirt and the new shirt came with loose buttons..
I ordered a kurta aswell, which they promised that a fresh piece will be provided. After 10 days they sent the same old kurta with spots on it and little teared off from the shoulder. Really annoying experience
