Normally I don’t write individual’s review much. But this time it’s different and I feel that it’s an injustice if I don’t write my personal review of Mr. Ruman Ahmed at Mohanlal Sons, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi though its after 8 months of work done by him. Last year, due to a wedding in the family, we had bought few dresses which needed alterations. And here my good luck that all were done by Mr. Ruman Ahmed.
My all claps to Ruman Ji for his highly professional, dedicated and impeccable work in all the dresses. It was class a part. Best thing was that he guided us well regarding correct specifications that one should keep for alterations instead of our half knowledge reg specs. His deep knowledge and understanding of the fabric is really commendable.
Just yesterday, we happened to visit Mohanlal Sons at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj but got disheartened to know that he has been transferred from there and we could not buy anything. We would request management of Mohanlal Sons to kindly bring him back to Vasant Kunj branch. He is a great asset for any organization, and his association should be well respected

Special thanks to Mrs. Pritika Rai, who went above and beyond to help me. She personally arranged for my suit to be brought in from the warehouse on the same day and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.
Also, a big shoutout to Mr. Ruman Ahmad, the tailor, who guided me perfectly and understood my style right away. His fitting and styling advice made all the difference — the final look was exactly what I wanted.
Highly recommend visiting them if you’re looking for a classy, personalized shopping experience!

I’m really sorry to give a one-star rating, but it’s due to the sheer carelessness of your staff , especially the lady who promised to send our dress to our address by the end of the day on September 28. We trusted her and waited until 8:30 PM, but when we called the store, they were about to close. Because of her negligence, we had to take an Uber and rush to the store to collect our dress ourselves.
I had clearly informed her twice that we were leaving Delhi early the next morning and that it was extremely important for us to receive the dress on time. Despite that, she didn’t take it seriously. The whole experience was very disappointing and literally frustrating.

I came to Mohanlal & Sons just a few days before a family event, with little hope of getting a custom suit made on time. I was surprised to see the staff was willing to take up the challenge and guided me through the whole process. They finished my suit a day before the event and it was a perfect fit! In a hurry or not, I would highly recommend this store for their amazingly welcoming staff, and dedicated work ethic. Keep it up!

We purchased 3 indo wester outfits for our wedding function, one of them for a kid, we took his measurements and there was no size available at the store so the salesman said that he would bring a bigger size from another store and it would take 3 days to arrive. So we paid and waited 3 days ( today being the last day of our trip)
The items at the store where exactly the same, the size was incorrect, we had already paid the full amount and they wouldn’t give us a solution for the problem and would refuse to give us a refund forcing us to buy a more expensive item from the store that was the correct size. They completely fooled us and wouldn’t give any solution for the problem. Totally disappointed!! 4 salespeople looking at each other with no solution.

The only place where I could find a bunch of decent casual kurte. Few but fine.
The attendant was well behaved and chatty.
What I didn't like:
So I went to avail their Fathers' day sale, and As per the offer, I was eligible for 35% discount. I took my sweet time to choose the kurta, and the moment I made up my mind and almost went to billing, my guy tells me that my father had to be physically present there to avail the offer. Should've told me earlier. Wasted my time.
