Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a tailored blue shirt and what I received was a black shirt with blue buttons—seriously, how does that even happen? When I raised the issue, instead of fixing their mistake properly, they casually admitted it was an error on their end because both shirts had the same code in their swatch case. And then comes the audacity—they told me I can keep the black shirt, but if I still want the blue one I originally paid for, I have to pay ₹1000 extra because their prices have gone up. Why should I pay more for YOUR mistake? My previous order itself was ₹6500, and this is the kind of service you provide at your premium outlet? Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor handling of customer complaints and clearly untrained, careless staff. Would not recommend at all.

Special mention to Vijay n master ji who have always created perfect pair of denims for me. Been buying from them for last 6 years now.

Let me share my experience here, I was a regular and loyal customer of BSC , specifically I have around 8+ shirts in last 1.5 years tailored with them . And to my honest opinion , I deal with these studio bespoke outlets because of their service . I know the Soktas they provide I can tailor them at 10-20% lower price in market . Still I preferred them . But to my wonders their HR is really poor in training or staff recruitment . The arrogance and careless attitude of staffs over at this saket outlet is not that worthy that a customer should bear to tailor one shirt/outfit at their bespoke outlet . To be very specific there used to be one sales guy Vijay who was welcoming when he used to be at saket outlet, now is perhaps in South Ex outlet, his arrogance is such that he blocks customer’s number just because he is transferred to another outlet . And the adamant behaviour of saket sales staff is too unreasonable to handle . But the tailor master Neeraj ji is a humble one at this store. I have a clear message to the management , it’s customer satisfaction that will make you a differentiator brand not the posh outlet , if arrogance of sales team overrides customers and clients then your staffs are simply mis utilising comfort on brand’s name. Price,Money or offers are not at all important for customers who have purchasing power to afford bespoke rather its service , behaviour, gratitude and modesty .
