It was a very bad experience. I got three suits stitched The fitting of all three was bad. Even after requesting again, they did not fix it and returned the same suits to me.I trusted them and returned home to Australia with the unrepaired suits.I would not recommend anyone to do any kind of shopping or get any clothes stitched from this shop.

Had a really really bad experience. They never answer your calls. Does false promises at the time of taking the order. But the delivery is so poor. Our delivery date was 15th oct. Got our outfit on 30th.
Very disappointed with the customer service they provide.

Gave my outfit after 4 days of my trial date.
Rude owners
Pathetic fittings
Had to come from very far for trials and denied outfit not ready.
They don’t even answer your calls or texts.
They just ignore you , your texts n calls , and still they argue with you.

I cant even describe how much they have given mental trauma to us, its our function tomorrow and we are still at their store waiting for our outfit. They did not make what was discussed, delivery date was 8th of feb we kept calling for update they would say we are calling in 10min and no call back and they dont answer calls. Its 15th of feb today and the outfit is still not ready, horrible service, horrible staff. Imagine our siruation where in its 9:30pm and its our function tomorrow, we are left with no choice . If you dont want the stress and inconvenience i do not recommend this place at all.
