Fantastic experience! My designer Arnab Bhattacharjee was so experienced and made the process really enjoyable. From our initial discussions, reference images and picking the cloth for my suit to an in-person fitting at my hotel and ensuring delivery on time.
Up until the fitting everything was conducted online as I was in the UK and I was really happy with the communication. When I arrived in Delhi, Arnab came to my hotel for the fitting.
I’ll be certain to use Tailorworks again but this time ordering directly from the UK for international delivery. I was very impressed with the fit of the suit and the quality is exceptional. Thank you so much!

I got my suit tailored from The Tailor Works. Designer Mr. Deepak was very cooperative and professional, and I was satisfied from the first trial itself. The fitting was perfect, fabric quality was excellent, and the outfit looked very elegant. On-time delivery was a big plus. Slightly expensive, but definitely worth considering if the budget allows.

Very bad service. Despite repeated alterations, the issue remained. The designer allotted was very bad and did not take queries and requirements correctly. Had a basic stitching of a kurta, which couldn’t even be done correctly. The entire attitude was careless but also improper sometimes. No self follow ups or customer satisfaction either.
Quick to give excuses but no real creative work, especially after charging exhorbitantly. Not recommending this experience to anyone for sure.

I had come here because of reviews and rating. However the experience has been MOST DISAPPOINTING. I PAID 36K for a 3 piece suit and it was ruined by them. They did 4 trials and still couldn't stitch a suit which was comfortable and well stitched. They take exorbitant amounts of money and DON'T DELIVER THE PRODUCT AS PER EXPECTATIONS. they took a month to deliver the suit however it's wasted money.
Save your time and money . Do not go to this place. Is better to buy a suit from a reputed company and get it altered ... It'll be 3 to 4 times cheaper.

Their designers do not understand what is needed.
