The place is very disappointing to say the least, the staff here lacks basis manners and decency. They will make your experience worse my making unnecessary and indecent remarks. The staff here is absolutely pathetic and would make you feel like they are doing you a favour additionally body shaming at times. In all regards don't go by their ads or videos the prices are at par with high end stores with absolute lack of communication and mannerism.
Kindly avoid this place else they will just spoil your mood and overall experience.

Absolutely pathetic place, overrated prices and extreme unethical sales practice. My mother bought a suit only after they confirmed that will alter it, but once received, not only was the product damaged but there was alteration done. I have receipts and proofs and they still don’t have the decency to accept their mistake. For the price they are taking, it is shameful service. Designs are also very very over rated and I can guarantee you will find better designs in the same line of shops. Absolutely horrible.

Couples are not welcome here. We visited the shop around 8 PM to see dresses, but the staff told us the shop was closed. However, they were allowing other customers to enter. We felt uncomfortable and left. Later we went to Odni and purchased from there.

If you have 6-7months for ur marriage, then visit this store. They fail to deliver even after commitment and even when you call and confirm.
We got lehengas multiple times from this place and this time they straight lied to us that the adjustments and stitching is done but two times over a period of two weeks, no work was done and they had the audacity to lie on the faces.
Too much attitude, pomp and show but no substance!!

**Terrible Service – Will Never Shop Here Again!**
I had the worst experience at this store. The staff was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was a bother just by being there. No greeting, no help, just cold, uninterested stares.
On top of the awful service, the clothing was overpriced. It felt like they were doing me a favor by letting me spend money at their store. Honestly, I’ve never been treated this badly while shopping, and I won’t be back. There are plenty of brands with better service and products—do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

I bought a lehenga from here the piece , work color is really nice but the problem is there u said them I need the blouse neck to he less deep and I have tried the sample blouse which was having a deep neckline , so they said we will make a new piece you are having time and then when u went and tried according to me they gave me the same lehenga bcoz the blouse I have tried was the same fitting they asked me to try for my final lehenga then the neckline was also same not altered then they added a worst net and blouse was looking pathetic, I have paid in lakhs for the lehenga but they have giving me blouse which i don't like at all the fitting and neckline , they make people fool don't spend much money don't trust them all don't spend money at all on them....
