I came from gwalior to delhi to pick up my dress after alteration. But the dress was absolutely spoilt in the first trial . Monika Preeti and nishu made sure that the dress was redone within the same day and delivered by the end ofthe day. Loved how Satrang staff solves customer grievance and delivers as promised. I'm super happy with their product and service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very unprofessional and impolite staff, committing what they can't fulfill and the dress they make for me after finalizing the sample was unfit and not upto the mark in quality. Told me that they will deliver the exact same thing but providing cheap pads and inner lining in my new outfit ultimately spoiling my mood and experience and highly unpredictable behaviour of the tailor master refusing the conversation held regarding the need of the customer. Or managers bhi kahenge ki ye bridal pressure hai islie customer bakwas kar rhi hai..... They literally had me in tears during my outfit trials. Used cheap material in my product while the sample I tried was very different in terms of lining and underline padding. They said they will do it but during me pick up they said they don't have these pads and will have to get from the market.... Therefore they used rs. 200 wala pad, without having me informed.

From start to finish the experience has been absolutely wholesome. Great Thanks to Aaradhya and Ankur for making an environment where we felt comfortable shopping. The delivery team with Lakshita and Geeta and even the seamstress are helpful and really do look after the finishing of your product on a personal level. Great product range and best of all caters to a wide price range.

What an experience!!!! I had came to this place to get my sagan outfit and after the first few trial my outfit started off in wrong step. My fitting was not working and I got super frustrated. Than two sweetest ladies that work here helped me so much throughout the process that I started feeling calm and confident that my outfit will be good. Monica and Preety came in clutch and helped me through my all the trial. They made sure I’m fully satisfied with my fit and made sure that I go out of this place happy. They definitely deserve a huge huge appreciation. Thanks to this ladies my outfit did not got ruined and they helped and communicated my needs in the best way possible. I visited this store today with a friend — both of us are getting married soon. I was looking for a cocktail outfit, and she was shopping for her sangeet. We had high expectations from this place based on their Instagram collection, and we were genuinely serious about making a purchase. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We were initially greeted by a male staff member (wearing a cap) who was polite at first, but his behavior shifted quickly. He seemed disinterested in helping us and was unwilling to show us options beyond just a couple of outfits. My friend was shown a few more pieces, but in my case, I was barely shown anything — and the store didn’t even carry my size. What was most upsetting was how he subtly fat-shamed me. He dismissed my interest in several outfits by simply saying they weren’t available in my size and told me, quite bluntly, to just pick something and they would make it for me. How does one finalize a dress without even trying it on? The comment and his tone made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I want to highlight that the female staff assisting in the trial room were kind and respectful, and reassured me that I wasn’t the issue — the store simply wasn’t equipped to cater to more diverse body sizes. Still, the experience left me feeling hurt and humiliated. I ended up trying just one dress and left the store despite liking it, purely because of how poorly I was treated. This store may work for some, but if you're even slightly on the healthier side, I'd recommend staying away. No one deserves to be body-shamed or made to feel less than when shopping — especially for something as special as their wedding.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at this satrang! The collection is absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the clothes is excellent. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Their service is truly amazing — from styling suggestions to perfect fittings, everything was handled so professionally .Master Ji Salman, Deepti and Khushi are really helpful and made whole experience smooth. Highly recommend to anyone looking for unique and elegant outfits.

It was a wonderful experience with Nishu ji at Satrang Apparels. I ordered a mother daughter combo lahenga after looking at one of their videos on Instagram, and it was awesome. The dress was the same as what it looks on their Instagram video. I am happy with my purchase, and I look forward to purchasing from Satrang Apparels again.

Absolutely Amazing Experience with Satrang! I ordered my reception dress from Satrang all the way from Canada, and honestly, I was a little nervous about ordering online. But they exceeded all my expectations! They customized my dress exactly the way I wanted — I asked for a champagne colour and specific measurements, and they truly listened. The final dress was even more beautiful than I had imagined! The delivery was on time, the stitching and finish were perfect, and everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Lakshita for her amazing work, and also to the tall gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) who patiently listened to all my requirements and made sure everything was done right. The best shop I have found in recent days . They have amazing collection of all the outfits.The quality of all the dresses were just the best . The staff was amazing and very very polite and especially Nishu and rekha ji and the owner of the shop Mr .Aaradhy ji was very very customer friendly, and the best part is they customise the dresses according to our requirement and colour choices. I was very very satisfied and happy with the service and outfits . Thankyou for all the team of satrang for the amazing service .

Absolutely loved the quality of work they do, i got my engagement outfit from them, the work is amazing and the designs aswell. The staff is bery nice and cooperative , Neha was handling my piece and she was veey helpful with that, would highly recommend coming here if you don't wanna put hole in your pocket with quality products.

Extremely disappointing experience. One of the sales executives here was very rude and even body shamed me while talking. I went as a customer, not to be insulted. Her tone, attitude, and words were all demeaning and completely unprofessional. No one deserves to be spoken to like that. This place seriously needs to train its staff on basic respect and customer behavior. Would not recommend at all.

I bought a lehenga for my parents anniversary from Satrang. The entire experience from entering the shop to fitting was amazing and flawless. There are multiple options to select from, I have never seen such a huge collection, it was a great experience. All the staff was very helpful and followed a proactive approach. They listened to each and every concern I had regarding fitting, Lakshita helped me with every concern and made me feel like a queen.
