This is one place I can blindly rely on, be it designs , fittings , fabric , stitching or even a simple fashion advice

Horrible experience. When the owner of a place is himself so rude then what high hopes can you have about the services. Pathetic attitude and pathetic experience. The quality of clothes is “obviously cheap”
Not able to make proper fitting clothes even after the measurements were taken by their own team and then providing altered piece after 2 days even when the commitment was made to offer it within a day. Then “obviously” all of this does not matter because customers are fools and are absolutely jobless to keep on waiting and appearing for fitting trials.

Tried it once and regretted big time. They cant make what they show you on dummy. Seems like they just get the samples from outside and then the inhouse experiment starts.
Don't fall for the false commitments that they make they will disappoint you eventually.
1 is lowest number on scale else would have given them a 0.
Post Reply: I wish the store was equally passionate about the tailoring as it is towards covering up the mess and handling the embarrassment online seeing the ratings going down.
Also, if the reviews from family members were not required why are you bothering yours to back up your argument and hold on to the ratings.
Nevertheless, this conversation seems exactly as useless as the piece made by your team.

Mr Pahuja we have gone through your review and unfortunately even after meeting all your requests at every visit we didn't realise you had such major issues that you couldn't take it up with us personally and had to review us this way along with your 10 more family members on social media. We all at the studio are awstuck with your along with other friends and family member's using such inappropriate words when we BY HEART tried our level best to accommodate your concerns. HONESTLY we still can't figure out any foul language any of our staff used with you or anyone else. We still hope you'll understand the hardwork with put in each time. Thank you

Custom designs are available on good price my family and friends are purchasing here for all occasions.

Amazing work. I've been following PASSION studio on social media, and used to get fascinated by the work they do. When i got outfits done by them, they we're completely class apart. Can't praise enough for their craft. Keep it up guys.

I gave one star because without star rating you cannot share your review.
They ruined my clothes and when I went to them to get the sherwani fixed, they were not ready to fix it at first but after pressurising them they were ready to fix it. But then end result after fixing the sherwani was worse than the original they had stitched.

Let me suggest them a new name. Passion - the disaster store coz they'll make sure you end up with disasterous fitting.
You give your suggestions and they won't listen to you as if they only know better and you have to settle with whatever they are stitching.
Expect 4-5 trial visits as they just can't get the fitting right.

One of my worst experiences.

I asked Nishant for a formal suit and showed him the picture. As he said that it will be the same. The day I got my suit I was so satisfied as he charged very less and gave me something which can only be stitched by a high end brand.
Completely on his words without a single mistake.

Very bad experience, they have only selling skills. Poor customers handling, terrible tailoring and impose the stuff to customers even if they r not satisfied. Recently got spoiled engagement outfit of my brother. Now looking for new one.

I am a regular customer and all clothes casual, for.al and Sherman's for me and my family members for .y daughters have been designed by Nishant. Great value for money compared to other similar stuff available in market. I highly recommend the place for all garment requirements for men.

Had an absolute worst experience here. Owner didn't even apologized for putting dirty pajami in sherwani packet. I had to buy a new pajami for my brother. He seemed like it wasn't his fault. Took a lot of time just to hand over dirty unwashed clothes to me, he totally ripped me off. Spent a hefty amount of money on unwashed clothes. I won't recommend it to anyone. Please visit other stores.

Pay money to get the fitting of your clothes messed up. You want to get embarrassed in front of people? Pay money to them and they will argue with you in a very insulting way to cover up their mistakes.
They were given ample amount of time (a month) to stitch a Kurta and a trouser, and they didn't follow the specifications even after visiting them for five times. Instead of a Kurta and a trouser I was left with two useless pieces of cloth and a stressful state of mind, and moreover I paid them for it.
