Their behaviour and their way of talking among their customers is one of the reasons for such a bad review. If I would ask something about it looks like irritated and frustrated. Dont know why but I can't even ask them properly about any product with an open mind. Just a waste of time if we he can't attend his customers properly. Adding this the person has a really rude and bad behaviour. Nothing against them but I thought should give them a review. Hide

Careless staff and owner, they were very good and caring when they had small shop in sector 9, since they have moved to bigger store, they have downgrade their standards. I paid 6500/- for three trousers & a suit but didn’t get a service I was expecting . Sumit the owner didn’t even bother to ask about the problem !! Hopeless never give your hard earn money to Bharat Jeans .. they don’t deserve !!

The worst place to get a men's suit. Here is the ordeal - I selected a cloth from the shop and then the guy there took the measurement for a suit with inner jacket. After a couple of days, I went for the trial and turns out that trouser as well as the coat were very small. One can understand a difference of .5 cm but not 1-2 inches. Well the shop owner said that since this is just a trial, the corrections will be made. I told him to hurry up as I don't have a lot of day. Went again the next day and the fitting was still not good. Another adjustment was done. After 3rd adjustment, I was just able to wear it, with no comfort factor. I took the suit home as I did not have even 1 more day. I wore it for the occasion, and then brought it back to him. The trouser specifically was tight. The guy then mentioned that there isn't any spare cloth for readjusting the trouser as that has been used in the earlier adjustments. The shopkeeper then offered to re-make the trouser. I gave him another trouser which has a good fitting and told him to make it accordingly. I could not collect the re-made trouser myself as was out of town. Later when I got back and tried, the trouser was not so tight, but still not comfortable, and one can easily make out by the cutting and stitching that the work is of someone who just knows nothing about tailoring. I don't know whether the fault is of the person who did not know how to take measurement, or the tailor who couldn't read the measurements properly. And to top it all, the shopkeeper is saying that it is so good, looking so nice on you, etc etc. My 12,000 rs. are down the drain as the suit cannot be worn, and I know there is no point in going an arguing with this shopkeeper as his only business is to fool the customers. To all those reading this review, please think twice before getting anything made from Bharat Jeans.

Don’t get your suit tailored from them. Bad stitching. Buttons and broach popping out on first wear leading to embarrassment in front of gueats. Sleaves of coat so ill-stiched and couldn't be corrected even after 4 trails but they r not ready to accept any types of their mistakes. On confronting them about the problem, they just give excuses. As proof my order no. 7406. NOT WORTH OUR PRECIOUS MONEY.

The worst experience ever . It's all a scan . Everything is a big lie until you pay them the advance , once that is done , they use time against their clients . They bully the clients , speak really rudely, the owner or whoever that person is , is a trash human being . Talks back with no respect to even seniors and females . All the costing will increase day by day . EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS A LIE . SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY
