Had a great experience shopping at Klick. They have a very fine and latest collection for grooms with stylish, elegant, and premium options to choose from.
A special thanks to Shehzan, who helped me a lot in finding the perfect outfit for my occasion. The way he explained each and every detail about the customization process was extremely professional and helpful. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and comfortable.
Also, the owner was very transparent and gave complete clarity about the pricing and current market standards, which made the experience even more trustworthy and satisfying.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium groom wear, great customization, and excellent customer service.

Literally ended up wasting my money and entire mood. The worst part being they're not even ready to accept that there were literal faults in their stitching and claim that's how suits look. The trousers fit waa horrible. I chose them over Raymonds that was literally outside on the main road thinking I could save 3000 rupees, but guess those 3000 costed me my mental sanity. Worst spent money, not gonna lie. Trust me, just don't bother coming here. Even the fabric was so thin. The suit i bought from Palika for around 2K had much better fabric and stiching :)

Very Disappointing Experience
I had a very unpleasant experience with this garment shop. The alterations were not done as per the measurements clearly provided. The final stitching resulted in a very tight fit, which strongly suggests that less fabric was intentionally used during stitching.
I had clearly informed them that we are from Ranchi and would be leaving for Ranchi the very next day, so returning again for corrections was not possible. Despite knowing this, the shop did not take proper care or responsibility.
It genuinely feels like, since they knew we would not come back, the work was done carelessly—possibly to save fabric and increase profit, at the cost of customer satisfaction.
Such practices are unacceptable. I expected honesty and professionalism, especially after clearly communicating my situation. I would advise customers, especially those from outstation, to be very cautious before trusting this shop with alterations.

⛔️ DO NOT GO HERE
Go here only if you want the worst experience in mens wear in Karol Bagh. They have limited designs, the things they show and what they delivery differ significantly. And when you try to put forward your concern they just keep speaking random jargons and don't hear a word you say.
Their goal is to just take money out of customer's pocket and underdeliver in terms of quality, and not to make their customers happy.

Very unprofessional & rude staff in the Suits Section on 1st Floor. They almost screwed my happiness. I regret my wife's decision to shop from this place. I felt that this Suit Section is somewhat outsourced & has nothing to do with Klick. They are unnecessarily defaming the name of Klick. Selling low quality Suits & charging good. Overall they are not worth, for me writing so much for them.

Limited collection, overpriced, you need to negotiate a lot..may be upto 50%. I have purchased a Indo western and fitting was the worst part of it. It ruined my function. I had managed it somehow.
