PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT VISIT THEM ‘GUJRALSONS AND SAMEER GUJRAL’ if you love your time, money and peace of mind. No ethics of treating and satisfying customer. No fitting/ no design/ no quality of the products. Just somehow you mistakenly pay advance and then you are stuck. The most pathetic owner,staff and all management people. Such an arrogant owner (the old aged one) who is not even a designer and claims his son has it’s own collection and the fact is they have a vendor who supply ready designs to them including other stores in Delhi. Same articles of sherwani/suit/indo western can be found at other stores such as Deepak s Chhabra and Andaaz -Pitampura at much much cheaper price. Somewhere around 70-80k can be saved. They are not a designer but pretend to be one. Above that the prices are like skyrocketed with no justification and top of all the arrogance of those two owners. Third class fitting/ third class fabrics/ third class designs and the worst treatment if you want then please visit them. Buy from roadside vendor and they still might give you satisfaction but don’t expect from them. I don’t know how many of you read this review but even if I can save money of 1 person also. I will be happy. And they think that they will rise and shine like this. Not just unhappy but irritated by them. If you felt same anytime do share a review.

On ground floor they have branded clothing, 1st and 2nd floor offer groom clothing including shervani, indo western and suits.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I purchased what I was told was a brand-new Sherwani for my wedding, only to discover they had provided me with a used, second-hand piece.
To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when addressing the issue. Buying wedding attire should be a happy occasion, but this store turned it into a nightmare. I strongly advise potential customers to be very careful or look elsewhere

Worst experience ever. Please do not waste your money or time here. I came here to buy a Sherwani for my wedding, and they completely ruined the most important day of my life.
They charged me the full price for a brand-new Sherwani, but instead, they handed me a second-hand, used piece while insisting it was new. When I confronted them, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It is shocking that a business would scam a groom like this. Avoid this place at all costs.

We bought internationally so I’m leaving a review on each location.
In 2018 we had a good experience- 2025- their customer service was far worse. Sameer did not deliver the groom’s sherwani when promised and the fitting was off by quite a bit. Had to argue with him to get the sherwani sent- he didn’t send pictures or any updates.
Not only did Sameer fail to reply to messages on time - when he finally sent the Sherwani, he did not send all the accessories that were purchased with it.
We contacted Girish 1 week before the wedding and he was able to ship everything within a few days. If we had not contacted him, nothing would have got sent to us on time. Thankful that.
Girish did that but his attitude also wasn’t great- cut the phone off while I was still speaking . Do not be recommending them to anyone.

biggest scam company. I had gone to their store in karol bagh and finalised 2 shirts during sale. There were stains of the shirt and the salesperson insisted to buy them on assurance that they will get them dry cleaned and will deliver them in as good as new condition. i made the payment, and after a week when my sister went to pick it up, they changed colours worse than a chameleon can. The shirt was filled with stains and exactly quoting what they said-
*sale mein liye hai ap aisa hi hota hai*. i had requested them to get it cleaned and then only will i take the delivery. No communication received after almost 3 weeks. Filing a consumer forum complaint against this so called *brand* which scams people. Dont buy from this fraud place.

Dont waste your time and money at this place. Quality is so bad, you will 5 time the price for the fabric then its actual value. Specially if you are coming from abroad they will ripp you off. I would not recommend this place. Fabric quality is low. They will charge for the extra embroidery but never do it. Also they have nothing like there Instagram page. Overall dont trust these guys, they will change the fabric with cheap fabric after you pay.

I’ve spent over Rs. 80,0000 at this store, making three separate purchases at three different times. Throughout this process, both my mother and I were repeatedly assured by the sales team and even the owner himself that they would cover the delivery charges, especially during my third purchase. Yet, despite being a loyal and regular customer, I was shocked and outraged to receive a last-minute call denying any such promise, demanding that I pay for the delivery myself.
It is not about the amount costing for the delivery but rather the integrity of the staff and the business owner themselves. If you cannot deliver, do not promise just for the purposes of making the sale. SUCH DECEIT!
And on top of it, EXTREMELY LATE DELIVERY! I had to keep chasing them for the item to be delivered as I was rushing for my international flight. AGAIN, here they promised they would have in by the morning. Their motto: OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER!!
This kind of deceitful behavior is absolutely infuriating. As a groom preparing for a special occasion, I expected professionalism and honesty, but instead, I’ve been deceived and disrespected. I WILL NEVER be returning to this store, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting their empty words. This experience has been nothing short of abysmal.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Gujral and sons. I purchased a newly stitched suit from them few months back, and when I asked for a minor alteration to ensure a perfect fit, the staff was extremely uncooperative. Not only did they refuse to make the alteration, but they also behaved rudely and dismissively.
Customer service is crucial, especially when dealing with tailored clothing, and this store failed miserably in this aspect. Their unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request for an alteration on a newly purchased suit speaks volumes about their lack of care for customer satisfaction. I expected better service and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
I would not recommend Gujral sons to anyone looking for quality service and respectful treatment. There are plenty of other stores that value their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
Mr Jiny (The sales manager) and Shadab(Tailor) are very unprofessional and they misbehaved with me.

We recently made a significant purchase totaling over Rs. 50,000 from this store, trusting in their promises of covering delivery charges. However, we were utterly disappointed when, at the very last minute, we received a call denying any such arrangement, insisting that we bear the delivery costs ourselves.
This experience has left us feeling extremely let down by the abysmal service and lack of integrity displayed. Such deceitful behavior and disregard for customer satisfaction are unacceptable. Ordered a safari suit for my father which they has to stitch but they changed the cloth material and stitched it of another material which is for sure cheap in looks and price of which I selected . They are superb only in negative things such as Poor fitting , ill mannered staff , cheating and fraud.

Great collection, awesome variety, good material quality across all dress items. Been here multiple times in past few years and hardly ever left without finding the right items. Shopping experience here is always a pleasure. The staff is knowledgeable, with great expertise and friendly nature. Absolutely unprofessional and rude behaviour by the store manager. I politely requested to click a photo of the dress i was wearing to show it to my mom and he said he can't allow due to piracy reasons and that the photo would be compressed if you share via WhatsApp. Only Thieves and goons can deal with such kind of people. Elegant people please avoid these local markets of the former refugee colonies and rather choose some other brand for the similar price range. This is not inexpensive as I presumed it to be before visiting.

Bought a custom made suit for over 25000. There were folds in the suit. The tailor tried convincing me that it’s because of my body type and the suit will always fold. Wasn’t willing to admit that they screwed up the tailoring. Ultimately had to give up on it because this was my 4th visit to the store and each visit is bothersome in an uber. Really bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Me and my family went to this shop from Bangladesh for our cousins wedding shopping. We bought one prince suit and three sherwani from them. The owner of this shop Mr. Girish Gujral(sunny) was so friendly the day we were shopping it amazed us.
Today when my husband was trying to trial his Prince suits he found the size was completely wrong. He immediately did contact with the shop owner Mr. Girish Gujral(sunny). After checking and seeing the picture we sent through whatsapp the shop owner agreed it was a mistake from their side. They put the wrong measurement. When we asked to replace it the shop owner Mr. Girish Gujral(sunny) within 5 minutes did send fabrics sample to choose on WhatsApp. He also ensured it will be delivered before the wedding programme. (NB: we do have all the evidence in whatsapp).
Interesting part of this, he is asking again 22,000 bucks for the new one.
How could they want to charge us for their mistake? Where is business ethics? Where is brand value?
Even my husband offerd him to send back the suits but unfortunately he completely denied even though it was thier mistake.
we felt so bad that, I thought should share this experience with others. it would be better for future customer to think before they visit this store name gujralsons in karol bagh.

Why asking delivery charges, when ordered said we will deliver to u at no cost, customer service is very poor requesting all people who is reading this don't go and purchase anything from Gujral sons whatever name is. When Delivery date was 28/08/24 today it's 31/08/24 u r delivering 👏 👌 🙌 👍

Fitting is absolutely abysmal. Accurate sizes were provided when clothing order was placed, yet not followed resulting an a horrible fit. Shoulder size came 1-2 inches larger than specified. Sleeve lengths were 1 inch longer than provided. Body porportions were incorrect.
I do not recommend this establishment should you be looking for quality Indian clothing. The results from Mr. Shivam and team were very poor.

Didn’t make product as per what was promised. Highly unprofessional. Deliveries were delayed (still understandable given the situation).

No professionalism . I gave an order for a tuxedo which they had to get ready after approx 60 days but took 80 days to deliver . The shirt I selected and ordered was changed by them and they were just not ready to accept this but then agreed to get the shirt stitched again , then I went for the trial and the fitting was just not up to the mark , there was marks of chalk on shirt which they had to deliver me on that day itself , shirt wasn’t ironed , white shirt had yellow and black marks as if it was a used trial piece which was given to me after a few alterations …
No personal grudges but it was my first and last time with Gujral Sons and I won’t recommend anybody to shop from them as they are really unprofessional and try to fool their customers .

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Gujral Sons Tailor. I recently had a clothing item altered there and was extremely dissatisfied with the outcome.
The workmanship was poor and the item did not fit properly. Despite multiple visits to the store to try and resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional.

Have been visiting him for past over a decade and every time my experience with their services are notch up. I’ve had the worst experience with Gujrals. They charge hefty amount but when it comes to giving service, they just shy away. The fitting was very bad (oversized piece and very loose) and when we asked them to rectify the same, rather than accepting our request they firstly chose to talk in a rude manner and then blatantly refused to accept their mistake by saying that it can’t be done/improved. The major part that even at the time of trial, the stitching was so weak that it ended up getting teared apart, and even to the same they ended up saying that these things happen and it is normal.

I had a very bad experience. Their designs are old, they focus only on selling. Once sold, they won’t stitch properly. I wasted 20K INR with them, I had to ultimately go to other store to get my dress. I would suggest other places in Karol Bagh. Avoid Gujralsons.

A great menswear store, Mr Bharat Gujral helped me during the time of pandemic to choose the right attire for my father it was my father’s birthday at that time and he was very Kind enough to help me show the options via video call. I did twice video call with him for 45 minutes he was quite patient he showed me the right design what I wanted and I was so happy to get that on time I would really recommend this place for great quality and great customer service.

For the rest of the matching accessories i have to lookout of my own. Here everything was taken care of. We confirmed the date on call also one day prior so everything will be seamless.. but to our surprise, the shop was closed and shop personnels didn't bother to inform us.. highly unprofessional attitude in these horrid times..
