The experience of buying clothes from here was easier then buying a chocolate. Salesperson Mr Rohit was very efficient in his job. He just didn't show me the pieces he made so many doubts of mine clear about proper clothing. Had a good time there .

Never buy anything from them…they just make commitments and never deliver on time. They give dirty clothes with stains on it on the last day and then call it ki sir ye toh hota rehta normal hai ye toh. Never visiting their store ever again

Worst worst worst experience ever. This guy Ankush had spoiled our whole plan by his unplanned timelines. He was supposed to deliver my suit on Friday and when we went the fitting was not right so he suggested to come back after 1 hr. After that also the fitting was bad so he said i will get it stitched overnight and you can collect in the morning at 11am. This was the day of event and when we went he was not there and some random guy said that the stitching is not even started. Our event was from 2pm and i ended up wearing an old suit. Pathetic service pathetic staff. Stay away from them.

I visited this shop for a custom Indo-Western suit for my engagement. They took a month, claiming it was being stitched in Mumbai. On delivery, the suit had wrinkles on both shoulders. Despite multiple visits and hours of waiting, the issue was only partially fixed.
To make things worse, the store manager, Ankush Chawla, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to acknowledge the flaws and argued instead of helping.
The quality didn’t match the hype at all. Total waste of money and time. Would never recommend this place for tailored outfits.

Literally the best service I have experienced till now. They delivered a well made wedding outfit in flat 3 days, took the effort of doing trials at the venue itself and delivered it to perfection.
Mr. Karan who is the owner ensures top notch products and timely delivery is done and his team specially Raju and Ankush are excellent.
They saved our big day and made it memorable.

Worst shop and very untidy stitching work done by them even after taking 1 month and 3-4 time re visiting - even the worst part is this Ankush Chawla is one of the most egoistic and doses not have a sense how to talk to a customer .. all he says if you complain “ aayoga to mere pas he store manager to m he hu “ never visit if you don’t want to spoil you time and hard earned money

Very Poor customer service. I went to the shop recently to buy a suit. The one I liked was not available in size 44.They told me they will provide the 44 Size by Wednesday no problem at all. Trusting them I bought the shirt and jeans.i I kept waiting for there call and no one responded. When I called they kept saying will let you know and finally they routed me to number that was wrong.
Seriously annoyed.

I regret to share a detailed negative experience with this store. Despite being contacted four times for fitting, they failed to address the alterations discussed during previous interactions. This lack of follow-through on commitments has been consistent, and unfortunately, there seems to be a pattern of dissatisfaction among customers, as I haven't come across any happy person from this store. It's disappointing when businesses don't fulfill their promises, leading to a waste of time and potential mood spoilage for customers.

I had a very very bad experience, I went to their shop by reading almost good reviews on google but all are fake as they are their own self posted reviews,they are making people fool.
I will never recommend anyone to get anything stitched from them because they even don't know how to take measurements and the tailor even doesn't have any knowledge, of cuttung & stitching.
They have ruined my family functions and wasted my time calling me multiple times for trials. It's a big loss of time and money.

Bought a suit and a couple trousers at 11 am and had to get them altered, they called me back at 8pm for them and I was there on time but they still made me wait an extra 50 mins for it. No sense of respect for others time. Never going back.
