I had a very disappointing experience with Humjoli Tailor. I gave three pants for stitching, but the service was extremely poor.
1. Delayed Delivery – They promised a specific date but delivered 5 days late. I had clearly informed them that I had a flight for a project in another city, and they assured me the pants would be ready on time. Yet, they still delayed my order, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
2. Poor Stitching Quality – When I finally received the pants, I realized that two out of three were stitched incorrectly. Since they were delivered late, I couldn’t try them immediately before my trip. When I finally did, the fit was completely off. The only one I tried earlier was fine, but the others were disappointing.
3. Rude Behavior – The worst part was their customer service. When I called multiple times to check on my order, instead of being helpful, they were rude and dismissive, especially the main owner. This kind of attitude towards paying customers is unacceptable.
Overall, I would not recommend this place if you care about timely delivery, quality stitching, and respectful service. I have attached my bill as proof of purchase. Avoid this place and save yourself the frustration!

An Unacceptable Experience
I am deeply disappointed by the way my son was treated here. From the moment we visited, they spent more time praising themselves than actually focusing on delivering quality service. Naturally, this gave us high hopes, thinking they were capable of providing what they promised. But, as it turned out, they failed miserably.
I’ve attached some pictures to show you the terrible work they did. What truly angered me, though, was when we went back for alterations. They were utterly dismissive of my son’s concerns. It was clear they had no interest in listening to their customers or delivering on what they charged for. The arrogance was unbelievable.
My son won’t be going back to them for any further alterations, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Their poor treatment and lack of integrity will eventually come back to haunt them. They might think they can get away with this, but karma has a way of catching up with people who disregard others and deliver substandard work. Their actions will come full circle, and they will face the consequences.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend
I had a highly frustrating experience with this place. From the start, they spent more time bragging about how great they were than actually delivering the service they promised. They set my expectations high with all the praise, but sadly, they fell short in every aspect.
Not only did they miss the delivery date by a long shot, but when I followed up, they rushed through the work at the last minute. Their attitude throughout was unprofessional, and the final fitting was completely off. The tailoring was nowhere near the quality they had claimed.
What made things worse was their dismissive and rude behavior when I voiced my concerns. They clearly didn’t value my time or needs, and their response was arrogant and disrespectful.
I won’t be returning for any future alterations, and I highly recommend others avoid this place. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have been taking their services for the last 18 years when I was a teenager. I haven't had the chance to visit them in the last 5-6 years. I hope Pinki uncle is doing well! He was such a warm, jolly and nice person! It was his behaviour that brought me back every time! When I would go to Tilak Nagar market for some other shopping. I would pay him a visit just to say hello. And he would be like hor putar duss ki haal chal ne? ❤️

Although they offer fine-quality cloth material with good fitting, I am giving them one star primarily due to their attitude. I've visited their shop 2-3 times before, and what I've noticed is that the owner is very egoistic. Today, they initially quoted a lower price, but when I was about to finalize the purchase, they increased it. Later, they argued with me rudely, insisting that I was wrong. I cannot tolerate this kind of rude behavior and will not step into their shop again.
