Absolutely amazing experience with the best outfit tailor in West Delhi! From my wedding suit to all my function outfits, every single piece was stitched to perfection. The fitting, fabric selection, detailing, and finishing were beyond expectations. He perfectly understood my style and created outfits that made me feel confident and elegant on every occasion.
What impressed me the most was the professionalism, timely delivery, and attention to every small detail. Everyone at my wedding kept asking where I got my outfits designed from!

I can’t recommend House of Alams enough.
These people are experts and “invest” time in understanding your needs first rather than just bombarding you with all sorts of clothing.
I visited them for all my wedding attire needs, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. They have an incredible range of men’s ethnic wear, Indo-western outfits, and tuxedos, all tailored perfectly to my needs with jaw-dropping level of customisations. The quality and fit were just spot-on, and I found all five outfits I needed - ALL UNDER ONE ROOF!!
A special shout-out to Sikandar, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly need. He was truly amazing. The co-owner, Faizan, and the entire supporting staff were also incredibly welcoming and attentive. They even offered us refreshments, from tea to fruit juices, (and even meals!!) making the whole experience feel very powerful and unmatchable.
Overall, it was an absolutely flawless experience. I feel this is how a benchmark should be set!! The entire team - Keep it up!!💯

However, house of Alams provides an experience which makes the groom feel special. The entire team led by Shahbaz heard us carefully and provided precious inputs to create outfits which met our requirements to the last “t”. Got one entire wedding stuff for entire male family made from them. They are hugely expensive, very average tailoring. Will not accept any mistake or do any effort to satisfy the customer. Even for ordering one has to wait for a long time for a disinterested salesman to attend to you. The so called designer owner is laughable. He has no clue of designing. All hype no substance.

recently my dad got a piece stitched and upon trying the fitting wasn't great. Sadly, much wasn't done even after 2nd trial. The salesperson refused to acknowledge the issue and blamed it on fabric.

It’s very labour intensive job, mistakes can be done but we try our 100% not to make them in the first place, and if done can be rectified easily. Very bad work done . They made 3 suits for me all of them i had to come 6 times from gurgaon. And still not done right. I do not recommend anyone to go there. And when i told the tailor he said sir aise hi hota h yahan. Worst experience.

Tailors do not know how to take measurement. When shirts are tight from chest they adjust with the buttons. I paid Rs. 40,000 for two suits and three shirt. Everytime I wear them, i regret my decision to choose House of Alam. Warning- Do not go there. You will feel betrayed.

I had a great experience at House of Alam showroom. I got a custom-made kurta pajama and tuxedo from them and they did a fabulous job
The stitching was perfect and i like the fabric quality which was excellent cause i wear it on many ocassion and it is still like a new and everything was done at a very reasonable price according to fabric the owner was extremely polite and helpful his staff really takes the time to understand what the customer wants and even gave me great suggestions on what would suit me best.
Genuinely i will highly recommend if anyone looking for well-made custom suits or ethnic wear cause i tried in many showroom in market and this was one of the best.
As a advocate by profession i will say vist one time and you can see it yourself.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at House of Alams. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that new customers are not a priority here. Despite almost all the salespeople being free, not a single one attended to us properly. The collection is basic and highly overpriced, but that’s honestly secondary to the abysmal customer service.
Even the owner, Mr. Alam, promised to attend to us but never did, instead passing us off to helpers who were completely uninterested. It was clear that they couldn't care less about assisting new customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—save your time and money. 0/5 stars for such a disappointing experience. They say that they are very busy, but most of the salesperson will be roaming here and there and will show that they are attending various customers . It’s just a designer shop, I guess that’s why people think of visiting there, but poor of the poorest service you will experience . There is no one to listen to your concern as to what type of ethnic wear you want , they just say that choose from this only . They say that their collection of sherwani’s and kurta is handmade,but 90% of it was machine work . Never never visit their store if you want to save your money and time . The store looks lavish from outside, but when you go inside you will find it like a fish market. No consideration to the new customers.
