Libas Tailors

This shop doesn't even qualify for 1 star rating but I'm forced to give it anyway. I had one of my wedding blouses dyed and stitched from them using their own fabric material. I came across the following issues: 1. The stitched blouse fitting was horrible and even the dye did not match my saree colour. 2. They gave me lame excuses saying that fabric/threads itself wont absorb that colour and when asked why they didnt inform me earlier, they just simply told me that I didn't ask them so they didn't tell me. 3. The shop incharge or owner was very rude and he doesn't bother to give you answers properly, he just wants you invest your money and forget about it. 4. On top of it, when I was trying to address my problem to some employee, he started passing rude indirect comments asking them to make me leave the shop because other customers started noticing that there's some issue with his work. These people don't do a professional job and they dont even have the slightest bit remorse for ruining your occasion. They dont know how to behave with customers and just look for ways to make you leave without creating trouble. I invested my money for nothing as I can't use the blouse and have to either ways get a new one. Honest suggestion: there are so many other tailors in the same lane who would do a far more professional and good job for you in a reasonable price. I made a mistake going here, so do yourself a favour and go to someone who is professional and knows how to treat his customers atleast with some decency and respect. Dont waste your material or money. Absolutely not worth a single penny.
