Shockingly Bad Execution & Zero Design Sense
I am extremely disappointed with Darji Chacha, Dwarka. I gave them clear reference images, a detailed sketch, and precise measurements (attached) for a coordinated set. What I received looks nothing like what was discussed or approved.
The original design was elegant, structured, and well-fitted. What they delivered is a completely different outfit altogether — poor silhouette, wrong proportions, cheap-looking finish, and absolutely no resemblance to the reference design. The fit is awkward, the fall of the fabric is unflattering, and the overall look feels amateur and poorly thought out.
Despite charging a premium and taking advance payment, there was no attention to detail, no design understanding, and no craftsmanship. The stitching looks rushed, the structure is off, and the final product looks nothing like a designer-inspired outfit that was promised.
When confronted, there was no accountability — only excuses and justification for clearly substandard work. If a tailor cannot translate a simple reference image into a wearable outfit, they should not be taking such orders in the first place.
This experience was a complete waste of money, time, and emotional energy, especially when the outfit was meant for a special occasion. I strongly advise anyone considering Darji Chacha, Dwarka to think twice and look elsewhere unless you’re okay with your vision being completely ignored.

One of the best boutiques in Dwarka. I had been getting dresses n suits stitched from this place. Ms. Shreen is an amazing business lady. She knows what customers expect. My work is always last moment but unlike many, Darzichacha will never disappoint you. Getting a perfect fit blouse ready in less than 12 hr that too in wedding season made me again a big fan of uncle, who stitched the blouse and Shreen, who tries her best to ensure the customer are satisfied with the quality of work. I highly recommend this place. My entire saree work n blouse stitching was done beautifully. Got lots of compliments❤️

I got all my wedding clothes stitched from here about 1 year ago and it was a great experience. Everything was exactly as I wanted. You can try on the clothes while picking them up & if you find any issues, they will fix everything right away. I even had some very specific blouse designs that I wanted & they delivered all of them perfectly.

In long :
I requested to stitch for a suit and shirt from them. The measurements were taken on spot and a commitment for trial was fixed. Not pushy at all on how much advance I was comfortable in paying. Received a follow up one day before trial, the suit will be ready on time. Went for the trial, everything fitted like a dream. Just a minor alteration on the biceps was requested. The same was assured. I would definitely recommend everyone to try this place.

One of the best places in Dwarka to get your clothes stitched. I got a few blouses stitched from the place. The fitting was perfect without a redo. No changes or modifications required at first go.
The owners and staff of the place are very humble, polite and customer focused.
In terms of pricing, I do find it a bit pricey. However, considering the quality of stitching, time taken to stitch and the work done I don't mind paying the amount at times. In case of regular stitching options, I might have to look for an alternative place.
Note: Do not visit from 2-3 PM IST as it's lunch hour for the staff.

It always tough to get the right choice of tailor,I need to attend the marriage and not able to find any tailor who can give the trouser on time after stitching.I found Darzi Chacha services online and send my stuff to them from Bangalore and they really helped to core and stitched it on time and only called me once just for measurement information. The fitting was amazing and gave fantastic look after stitching and delivered to me in Delhi itself.

You do not have to follow up.prices are a little higher.

I came across this shop by accident 3 months back when I was looking for a good tailor to alter my daughter's expensive dresses .
The first experience of talking to the owners, their extremely experienced father was exceptional . Very professional with a personal touch .They did a extremely good job and the attention to the details during the measurements they took gave me lot of confidence for the output . Met the date committed
Went back again a month later and again perfect fits
Last fortnight went to them for getting formal suit stitched for my son along with a trouser and a shirt ..and also got one of my suits altered to fit my son . Top grade results . No trial required .I am extremely happy .
They have a good setup with I think 10 work stations ,comfortably spaced out with the latest equipment

I wish I could just give zero star coz trust me it doesn't deserve even 1 star.. the lady tailor is very rude and cannot take constructive feedback. When I told her that the blouse was not made as per my expectation, she couldn't take it.. and on top of it she was blaming us that we r the one who didn't explained it properly.
I am a coustomer n Ive paid my hard earned money on that piece of cloth n also paid alot for stitching.. and if it's not upto my expectation then I have 100% right to let them know about it... And as a good buisnessmen they should take it positively and work on it.... To be honest if they would have owned their mistake then I wouldn't have minded so much and won't even uttered a single word but the lady had so much of attitude that's y I had to speak up... Nothing more to say just that you have lost a coustomer and gained a bad publicity. Thank you

Pathetic customer service. There is a lady named Bobby who should not be anywhere near the shop if they want to have customers coming to their shop. She is very egoistic and has so much attitude that she never accepts any mistakes and doesn't know how to even speak to customers. We are paying the amount they are charging, but you are not delivering what is promised and put the entire blame on customer description. You lost a customer because of her attitude. I request the owner Shireen to be more careful and don't keep staff like Bobby in your shop.

Very nice service and highly professional. It's very difficult to find good Men's tailor but there stitching and alterations are always perfect. I have never faced any problem till now even with the alterations of my kids clothes as well.

Absolutely pathetic work. I regret big time for falling prey to them! They will share all googled fancy photos and stitch horrible stuff. I got suits and blouses stitched for my wedding. They ruined them completely. Their darzi does not know how to take measurements and even after 3 repeated visits they could not fix my suits. The fitting is pathetic. What i am really mad about is the suit materials were damn expensive and now i cant even wear them anywhere. Guys there are better tailors in Delhi. Please please please do not waste your money and take any chance with your clothes with these guys.

Darzi chacha has done a great,great job with the blouse I got stitched, the design and measurements were followed to the T, the fitting of the blouse is flawless..no rework had to be done for the blouse..also, the delivery of the garment was on time! I'm so delighted and amazed by the services Shiren’s Darzi Chacha provides. They have a very professional and different business model and they provide everything at your door step .. right from the measurement to delivery .. just perfect .. Ms Shireen their designer is professional and so good n perfect at her work and so is their full team .. extremely neat stitching.. hugely recommended.. they are too good with everything . Indian , western , indo western , you name them and they will get it stitched for you . Shiren’s father Mr. J.S Massey ( uncle jee ) is man of tailent . His work is extremely neat and he is one of the best professional I came across in stiching business . Their tailor Monu is very hardworking kudos to the full team ..just perfect in all terms .. keep the good work up ..!
