Shrinikaa Ladies Tailoring Shop

I had a very bad experience. I gave a blouse for stitching , they somehow managed to ruin it. And all I asked for is the blouse to be stitched on time. But the response from the tailor was very poor. Even though it happened to me a few months back, my friend had some emergency and needed to stitch a blouse soon. So I took her there. But the response from the tailor was, he asked the owner if she remembers me. And actually the owner had no problem with me. But he said don't take her saree, I won't stitch. And the owner refused to take my friend's blouse for stitching. So he was ready to ruin the business over a quarrel which happened because of his fault. The shops had no reputation and the reviews which had 5 stars are given by the owner. Even for urgent situations don't expect them to put customers need before theirs. This kind of behavior will only ruin the business and I hope owner realizes it. Very unprofessional and bad behavior. As a customer, I would never like to be treated like this. It was really a nightmare. I'm giving even this one star only because I want to post this review and I don't want anyone to go through what I did. I can see the level of professionalism when the owner replies with complaints against the customer instead of rectifying their own mistakes. If at all I threatened there should have been a complaint registered. And I'm not going to gain anything by threatening, in fact I paid 3000 rupees and got my blouse 7AM the day I had to attend the function which I was suppose to get 3 days before. And for that question 'why I took my friend there if I had bad experience', I thought of ignoring my bad experience for my friends urgency but I guess I learnt a lesson there.

Worst tailoring shop I ever went. The person was very rude. I asked him to show some designs and stitches how they are doing. Here is his reply, 1. Here is the price list in the wall , fixed price. 2. Why you are asking to show blouses?? Did anyone tell bad about us??? 3. I have lot of works , give the blouse to stitch and go. I Just left the place .

worst!!! They agreed to gave me the stitched material by 30th Aug. they asked to check by 29th. I called them on 29th, they told they were outside. After that they didnt picked my call ( I called nearly4 times 30th and 31th aug). I clearly told them 1st and2nd are functions. today(31st aug), I went directly to the shop and asked for the stitched mateiral. now they are telling they haven't given commitment for 30th 🙄 I have taken my material and gave to another shop. didnt even recommend this shop to anyone
