Bad!!! They need to send their tailors to relearn the craft. Customer service also sucks. I had given 3 salwar sets worth 8000 to them and hoped and prayed they wouldn’t mess up. They told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I called to confirm if I could try it on for alterations. They hadn’t done anything. They took another 2 weeks and I mentioned specifically that they need to be careful with this order. 5 weeks and several phone calls later, I went over to the store to try it on and it was such a disaster. My head wouldn’t go through and the body was sooo tight. I had in fact given a measurement dress which they stitched to use as a guide, and inspite of that, the three dresses were irredeemable. Feeling hopeless, I gave it to them to alter the entire thing. They kept it with them for over 2 weeks and did nothing. When I went back and got really mad at them, they hurriedly removed some side stitches but it did nothing for the dress. I basically have to shrink 3 dress sizes to fit into it. They’re fairly affordable compared to other places but do not take a risk with your expensive outfits.

I have been giving for stitching since my childhood. They are worst nowadays 1. They don’t stitch the correct pattern we give, but they charge for everything extra while taking measurements and handover the bill. 2. The size will not be correct . Either tight or loose shoulders. 3. I gave them a material that was excess. After stitching a top for my toddler, the remaining can be used to stitch a skirt. But they did not return the remaining cloth and said it’s cut so can’t be used. 4. I gave a salwar and they lost the duppatta of it. I didn’t notice while receiving it. Later when I went and asked they argued that this dress will not have duppatta. In the bill also they clearly mentioned as whole set including duppatta. Instead of accepting their mistake, they turned it to me that this dress doesn’t have shawl. 5. They don’t give the dress on time. And in case of emergency, if we call and ask whether the dress is ready they will say ‘I will check and call back’. The next time we call either no answer or they will ask to call after some more time. We have to run behind them to get back our dress. 6. The way of approach towards customers is very poor and pathetic. I gave a blouse for aari work along with the silk saree.. The saree was not how I gave them. They kept false for it and that too machine false so the silk thread was pulled here and there and the saree not was proper to use. Their stitching and the customer service is really bad and very careless. No proper answer for the wrong done by them as though we are answerable they behave. They act like we didn’t give them proper instructions. PLEASE DON’T GO TO THEM. Instead there are so many efficient tailors in and around their shop.

Im a ready made dress person but if I’m stitching I’ll definitely give it here because for almost 10+ years I’m getting my dresses stitched here. If u give the correct measurements definitely they’ll get your dresses well stitched. But to my knowledge they are a little expensive nowadays. And also they urge you to have lining for dresses where it’s not necessary

Terrible job nowadays. I have been their customer since my childhood for over 30 years and used to love their work. Recently, I see that they have been lethargic about what customer wants. They do whatever they like with the materials given for stitching. They cut my expensive saree mistakenly and sewed it together without letting me know. Since that I live in the USA, they took me for granted. Very expensive and utterly dishonest. They just lost a loyal long term customer.
