They over promise but underdeliver. They say they will give it x days but they never deliver it on time and the guy there is rude. Also, they don’t pay heed to the customer’s request but design as they intend to. They quote a price but the final price is almost 1.5 times the original price

I gave my blouses and salwar suits for stitching in 2014, I stopped giving it for stitching because the man at the store was rude.
They give the delivery date (which is always 45 days form the day you go see them) and they dont keep at it.
I called them to ask why is that i am not getting it on time, the man said "we are having humans for stitching and not machines, you should understand"
The inability to deliver it on the day they promised and on top of it his audacity to raise his voice as if he is doing me a favour.
you cant have my time, fabric and my money and ask me to understand ur situation.

Not a customer friendly place, will say an amount intially after stitching will increase the charges enormously...
If we are assertive enough to question owners will behave insane.
Stitching is good but worst attitude !!
Inspite of providing lining they say fabric was insufficient & charged extra...
They create an artificial demand saying we need a month's time for stitching.

I gave dresses to stitch out of which all costumes where made as per their designs and not as per customers design !
Secondly when asked they lie and saying there was no cloth left for this design .
They stitch good but not with full satisfaction . Out of hurry they just make it as they want and which less time consuming ! They took entire one month that’s fine but shall give as per said words . And finally blames on the customer . Never suggest this boutique .
