We visited Grasp today and oh my God — the collections are absolutely insane! The way they’ve utilized space is even more impressive. It’s clean, organized, and so thoughtfully divided that shopping here feels easy and enjoyable. Grasp is a clothing store that caters to everyone. They’ve got it all — from trendy short kurtis and stylish tops for jeans to elegant churidar sets and frocks. Whether you’re looking for casual wear, something ethnic, or just everyday outfits, this place has you covered. And it doesn’t stop at clothes — they even have a wide variety of post-shower towels with beautiful prints and soft textures, not like the usual plain ones you find elsewhere. One of the best things about Grasp is that it’s extremely budget-friendly. Irrespective of what your budget is, you’ll find something stylish and high-quality. My personal budget was around ₹1500 and below for each item, and I found exactly what I was looking for in that price range — without compromising on style or quality. The prices are very reasonable for the kind of variety and quality they offer. It’s rare to find places where you get this much value for money. Grasp has two separate buildings — one exclusively for women and children, and the other for men. Each building is multi-storied and beautifully arranged. In the women’s and kids’ building, there’s one whole floor for boys, one for young girls, and another full floor just for women. The men’s building is just as thoughtfully laid out — with a dedicated floor for half-sleeve formal shirts, another for full-sleeve shirts, and yet another for other men’s wear. What makes Grasp stand out from other stores — especially compared to many we’ve visited. In most shops in India, clothes are often jumbled together and you leave confused, but here it’s clearly laid out, well-categorized, and extremely tidy. That’s a major win. The collection for women deserves a special mention. I found exactly what I was looking for — a v-neck, flared style that I couldn’t find even after visiting several stores back home in Trivandrum. From short kurtis to stylish cord sets, from pastel tones to bright and loud colors — everything is available. They truly have something for everyone. I picked up a cord set, two churidar sets, and a short kurti, while we also got a churidar cord set for my cousin, a churidar set for my aunt, and a bunch of clothes for my brother from the boys’ section. Each section is thoughtfully curated and full of options you don’t normally see. Now, a special shoutout to Fathima Akka — one of the staff members who helped me. I’m extremely picky with clothes, and she was so patient, so sweet, and so understanding. She helped me stick to my budget, showed me tons of options without hesitation, and never got tired of my indecisiveness. Every time I said no to a piece, she just smiled, put it back neatly, and brought another option for me. That level of customer care is rare, and she definitely made my shopping experience memorable. Thank you, Fathima Akka! There are plenty of parking spaces available too, which is a huge relief when shopping with family. And did I mention — the store is super clean and spacious? To sum up: If you’re ever in Coimbatore, or even just passing through, Grasp is a must-must-MUST visit! You will not regret stepping in. Beautiful clothes, outstanding variety, helpful staff, reasonable pricing, and a calm shopping experience — 10/10!

I had a pleasant shopping experience at Grasp. The salesperson Prema was very patient and helpful in showing and explaining the dresses. Their service made the shopping comfortable and enjoyable. It would be even better if more new and varied collections are added. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend the store.

She coordinated very well, was polite, and helped patiently throughout the shopping. Her support made the experience smooth and comfortable. Overall, a very good place for women’s shopping. Highly Disappointed – Misleading Offer and Unprofessional Behaviour We recently visited Grasp at Anna Salai, Coimbatore, and made a purchase worth ₹10,000. There was a notice on the glass mirror stating that purchases above ₹10,000 would come with a free high-quality black bag worth ₹2,200. However, the bag we received was of very poor quality — hardly worth ₹500. This feels like a deceptive sales tactic and not what was promised. When we raised this issue, the store manager responded in a completely unprofessional and rude manner, with no sense of customer service or politeness. As long-time Coimbatore residents and regular customers of this store, we were shocked by the disrespectful treatment and the use of unnecessary language. It was a deeply disappointing experience. A brand that runs on trust should uphold ethical standards in both their offers and their customer interactions. We sincerely request the management to look into this matter and ensure such issues are not repeated with other customers.

Great ambiance for shoppers. They offer a wide range of dresses for all - men, women and kids. Well behaved staff. It’s located in race course. Near Bishop Appa Swamy college. One thing the management needs to take care of- some of the staff members were not wearing masks when we visited. The place is crowded sometimes..ensure that your staff and all the visitors wear mask.

I had a great shopping experience at Grasp Clothing Center on the 4th floor womens section , thanks to Abitha. Her customer service was excellent she was very friendly, polite, and patient in helping me choose the right outfits. She made the entire experience comfortable and pleasant with her positive attitude and genuine care. Truly appreciated her support and professionalism.

Cool shop, enough varieties for men, women and kids. With separate buildings for genders they rock. The price doesn’t seems to be high, affordable for middle class as well. The quality seems to be good, that’s the word of mouth by the existing custom of theirs. They would soon emerge as one of the well known brands I guess... best wishes..
