I had an absolutely wonderful experience at aavarna coimbatore!! If you are looking for premium quality fabrics, this is the place to go. They have a truly magnificent collection ranging from traditional handlooms to modern prints. The fabric quality is top-notch—you can feel the superior texture as soon as you touch it.
What sets them apart is their incredible variety and attention to detail in their designs. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options without any pressure to buy. They also offer custom tailoring services, which I highly recommend, as their craftsmanship is superb. Whether you're looking for daily wear or something special for a wedding, Aavarna won't disappoint you. A hidden gem!

I recently went to Aavarnaa to get some ready made blouses. Gauri and her team were quite responsive, and I ended up getting more than I planned to buy because I found some cute blouses that matched multiple sarees and fit really well. Gauri is fluent in English and was able to help me find what I wanted. They have an onsite tailor to make minor adjustments so you can walk out with the blouses on the same visit. The curated saree collection is decent; they cater to more subtle tastes. I found a unique shade of violet in tussar to match a blouse, which I wouldn't normally buy. They also did the fall/pico for my other sarees. The only thing that might be a challenge for some is the price point. Blouses start at 1600 and range upto 5k+ depending on the material and work. It's a couture boutique (converted bungalow) in Race Course so it's going to be expensive.

The owner is very rude to customers as well to their own staff.very bad behaviour..Her atitude is like she knows everything in this earth..Condescending Communication and entitlement .They simply wipe all your money & terribly expensive..People please & don't go to this shop.. .owner has to learn how to respect customers...

Checked them out on Facebook and the sarees posted looked great so decided to check out the store. Only a handful of sarees that are nice and priced well. The rest are overly priced. But the reason I'm rating them low is because of the way the owner behaved with us. She was absolutely rude and almost sacred me into buying a saree. I did end up buying a saree cause I liked it but honestly I shouldn't have after the way she spoke to my mom and I. Told my friends about this and turns out I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience. Definitely not going back there.

I visited this store 6 months back and gave two pattu pavadais for stitching. God! The stitching was horrible and they charged a bomb for stitching. I would never suggest this place to anyone for stitching services. It’s just overhyped on social media platforms.

Please be very careful when you buy from this store. I had bought a bandini silk saree of 13,000 rupees, the material was crushed and they said that they will do the roller ironing for the saree. I had the saree collected and quickly realized that this wasn’t the material that I had paid for before roller ironing. Not wanting to make a raucous as I thought that the material would be better after a wash. But I feel that the material that was given after the roller ironing was a cheap cotton saree not even worth 600 rupees. Please be extremely careful when you buy from this store. Had a very bad experience!

Pathetic customer service and u get old stock sarees not worth spending money and time there.Owner is very rude and she doesn’t deserve to own a shop. If she has a saree shop she needs to show the sarees instead she keeps it in the shelf and being very rude.

Absolutely in love with the saree I purchased from Aavarna boutique located in Race Course! The aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for—classy and vibrant. The quality is superb, and it drapes beautifully. Received so many compliments on the unique design. Definitely a hidden gem for high-quality ethnic wear!!!!
Staffs are very knowledgeable about the fabrics and prints and they will show you the prettiest based on your needs, Especially kanmani and geetha are good in explaining the specialities of the fabric and patterns!!!loved their welcoming attitude. I have personally met the owner and she is really a good entrepreneur, learning new things from her business...she explains the pros and cons of the textile business...
