I had given my kids silk pavadai sattai for stitching worth 8500rs. They stitched the skirt very tightly n top so loose even though after taking measurements. Redone the skirt which it spoiled the look of the skirt. It’s very lengthy material not sure what they done with the balance fabric. And they charged 4500rs for stitching. Since I had my brothers wedding I don’t have time to ask them as they had delayed the delivery. It was good when it was a normal shop. They attach the extra clothes to our blouse but now only making money without proper service. I suggest not to go there.

I don’t usually give reviews, but it has gone far beyond. Sparsh has never been good at customer service or taking accountability. If I call and ask them if the cloth is ready for delivery, they say it’s ready but when I reach the store, they take another 30-45 mins. Why?? Why would you make us wait when you say the cloth is ready for delivery. Do you think our time is worthless. Do you know how many days I’ve made my mother wait downstairs just coz she can’t climb up the steps, and she had to wait for hours?? You guys are not even empathetic and take zero, ZERO accountability. Worst experience ever. If you can’t treat the customers well irrespective of the amount they pay for the stitching, just don’t take any orders. You guys have so many staffs working, but neither of your staffs have treated a customer with warmth and greetings. Truly and disappointed. I suggest anyone who’s coming here as a first time customer, or if you’re planning to, please don’t invest your precious time and money here, not worth it.

gave a silk blouse for stitching. simple blouse without any designs.bill was rs1000. when I went to get my blouse, I was shocked to see the fitting. they altered 4 times. Still not upto the the mark. had to wait for 1 1/2 hours to get it. I asked the girl if they are giving any concession in payment for spoiling my blouse. answer was negative. totally dissatisfied with sparsh. was my blouse worth giving 1000?

I got to know about this place from Instagram. I wanted to get my muhurtham and reception blouses stitched from sparsh designer, I started with sample blouse stitching and it came out perfectly good for me and gave my muhurtham blouse for stitching , I had some alterations in the muhurtham blouse, when explained my expectations, it was pretty well handled and they altered the blouse accordingly and it came out perfectly fit. Then I gave my reception blouse , discussed the design and price with mam and after clear consideration of our design, they also suggested their plans which suits my saree and the output is awesome. I loved their service and the price is justifiable for the design and the fit. Thank you mam and susi sis for guiding us through.

Very worst experience They did not even knotted the end for silk saree and also they didn't given the end stitch at all Dod not even informed about this Customer satisfaction is very worst Also they have 0% time management They will commit a date for the delivery but when you go to get the dress they will do the final stitching at the time only. We need to wait for them to stitch and deliver

Charge 800 for blouse (excluded everything) *Our neighborhood tailor will stitch better than Sparsh Tailors.* She will give only buildup, and nothing will be reflected in their work. They are tailors, not designers. Their motive is to make money from everything, even charging 150 for a small piece of cloth, but it is not worth the money spend. The stitching cost for a normal blouse is 800, but we should not expect good finishing.Sparsh will customize our design to their wish without informing us. sparsh aunty Ironing will not hide your poor finishing, if u did any mistake, dont hide behind small girls u are the responsible person to save your team Such a mokka tailor & their team

I normally avoid rating any outlet poorly, but in this case I feel it is important to share my experience so others are aware. Unfortunately, Sparsh turned out to be the most disappointing tailoring service I have come across. The service quality was extremely poor from the very beginning. A delivery date was clearly committed but not honored, and every single promise made was missed. What was even more concerning was the lack of clarity within their own team, which reflected poor coordination, weak leadership, and no sense of accountability. Communication throughout was unprofessional, and responses lacked both ownership and empathy. The pricing experience was equally unacceptable. An initial quote of 14K was inexplicably raised to over 30K at the time of final billing - more than double the commitment. This not only demonstrates a lack of transparency but also leaves the customer feeling misled. In terms of delivery, we had given them a baby dress and a dress for my wife. While the baby’s dress was delivered earlier, it still required alterations. My wife’s dress, however, was delayed for almost a month despite repeated follow-ups. She eventually had to sit with the tailor in person to get it completed. While this was happening, I was left waiting outside on the road with our 1-year-old child, an experience no customer should have to go through after paying a premium price. Overall, the service delivery was far below acceptable standards and failed in every aspect: commitment, quality, transparency, accountability, and customer care. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this outlet to anyone who is seeking quality tailoring services.

Worst experience.. not even a proper response.. waited nearly 1 hour for taking measurements for 4 blouses with my two kids and we lost our patience and got out from shop no one asked why your leaving the shop.. we too own a bridal saree shop we haven’t treated even a single customer like this… very worst customer response..

Waste of money and time as worst stiching . I selected this shop only by seeing the google reviews but by my experience I've seen the worst designer ever after taking the measurement they stiched such a worst blouse and that too the normal without any patterns and they spoiled my patu saree blouse after 3 times of alterations also the blouse was not fine and they didn't have the concern to ask sorry also worst attitude of people.

I got to know about sparsh from one of my friend.I gave my mugurtham blouse and reception lehanga blouse and few more kurtis and blouses for stitching.they delivered all dresses on time and the fit was also too good.worth every penny.Thanks to nandhini akka for giving more suggestions for the blouse designs.customer service and their response is too good❤️.

Looking at the Google ratings I made a very big mistake by giving these people 2 bridal kurta tops. The ask was a simple kurta top with Mandarin collar and button opening but even that couldn't be done by them properly. They delivered these tops without attaching buttons. We had asked them to stitch side pockets for both tops but only for one they did and that too was horrible as it is very visible from outside which should not be the case. Even the fitting is not correct even after giving for alterations. I spent so much time and money to buy those fabrics and now I ruined it by trusting this shop. The tailors here seem very inefficient that they can pack a dress without even stitching buttons for a button opening top. Pathetic experience and will tell all my friends and relatives not to ever give any dress here.
